研究生综合素质评价体系构建,既是研究生教育健康发展的内在需要,也是研究生教育贯彻落实新时代党的教育方针的重要举措。依据研究生综合素质评价的理论和原则,结合研究生综合素质评价应具有的特点,以评价目标为导向建立科学的综合素质评价方法,以评价结果为基础制定实战化、多元化培养策略,以人才培养为核心构建衡量综合素质教育开展的有效方法。最终,通过德尔菲法、问卷调查法建立了研究生综合素质评价的各级指标,通过层次熵权法确定了各级指标的权重,构建完成了全面科学的研究生综合素质评价体系,对深化研究生教育理论和提升国家高层次人才培养奠定了基础。The construction of a comprehensive quality evaluation system for graduate students is not only an inherent need for the healthy development of graduate education, but also an important measure for graduate education to implement the party’s education policy in the new era. According to the theory and principles of comprehensive quality evaluation of graduate students, combined with the characteristics of comprehensive quality evaluation of graduate students, a scientific comprehensive quality evaluation method is established based on the evaluation objectives, a practical and diversified training strategy is formulated based on the evaluation results, and an effective method for measuring the development of comprehensive quality education is constructed with talent training as the core.
