一种新型含二茂铁基的多吡啶钌配合物与DNA的相互作用被引量:11

A novel ruthenium polypyridyl complex of [Ru(bpy) 2(FcIP)](PF 6) 2(bpy=2,2′-bipyridine, FcIP=2-ferrocenyl-imidazo[4,5-f]-1, 10-phenanthroline) was synthesized and characterized by elementary analysis and 1H NMR. The binding of the complex to calf thymus(ct) DNA was investigated with absorption and luminescence spectroscopy titrations, steady-state emission quenching, and viscosity measurements. The results suggest that the complex acted as a ct-DNA intercalator with an intrinsic binding constant of (2.0±0.4)×10 5 L/mol in buffered 50 mmol/L NaCl.

合成和表征了1个新的钌(Ⅱ)配合物[R u(bpy)2(dpapz)](C lO4)2,其中bpy=2,2′-联吡啶,dpapz=联吡啶并[3,2-a:2,′3-′c]-6-氮杂-吩嗪.通过紫外可见光谱、荧光光谱、与溴化乙锭的竞争键合实验和粘度测量研究了该配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的键合性质,并研究了该配合物的紫外可见光谱和荧光光谱的溶剂变色性质.结果表明,该配合物是具有键合常数Kb=6.9×105L/m o l(50 mm o l/L N aC l)的DNA嵌入键合试剂和优良的荧光溶剂传感分子.

H_4SiW_(12)O_(40)和双偶极Ru(II)配合物形成的静电自组装多层膜被引量:4

制备了含有H4SiW12 O40 和双偶极Ru(II)配合物交替层的一个新颖静电自组装多层膜 .用紫外可见光谱、循环伏安学、原子力显微镜对薄膜进行了表征和性质研究 .结果表明 :膜沉积平稳、均匀 ,所制得的薄膜具有较好的电化学活性 .AFM图像表明钌 (II)配合物和H4SiW12 O40 层具有明显不同的微区结构 .

^99Tc^m(CO)3^+核心标记的邻二氮杂菲类化合物的理化性质和生物分布

确定化合物可以通过血脑屏障进入脑中并迅速从脑中清除,是判断药物能否作为阿尔茨海默病显像剂的首要条件。为发展99Tcm标记的阿尔茨海默病早期显像诊断药物,在前期研究与DNA分子结合的荧光探针钌金属配合物的基础上,设计合成了2个邻二氮杂菲类配体2-(9-蒽基)-1氢-咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲咯啉(2-(9-anthryl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline,aip)和2-(9-蒽基)-1乙基-咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲咯啉(2-(9-anthryl)-1ethyl-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline,aeip),并与99Tcm(CO)3+进行标记。采用R-HPLC、纸电泳等方法研究标记产物的理化性质。正常小鼠体内生物分布研究表明,2种化合物99Tcm(CO)3+-aip和99Tcm(CO)3+-aeip均有一定的脑初始摄取,注射后2min,前者为(1.028±0.096)%ID/g;后者为(1.191±0.197)%ID/g,因此标记物具有进一步研究的价值。

新型DNA分子光开关钌(Ⅱ)配合物的研究被引量:6

A new ruthenium(Ⅱ) complex,[Ru(bpy)2bdpq](ClO4)2,where bpy=2,2′-bipyridine,(bdpq=2-(benzoxazol-2-yl)-dipyrido) [2,3-f: 2′,3′-h]quinoxaline,was synthesized and characterized by IR,()1H NMR,MALDI-TOF MS,and elemental analysis.The electronic absorption and emission spectral titrations with calf thymus DNA,steady-state emission quenching by [Fe(CN)6]4-,and viscosity measurements were carried out to study the binding of [Ru(bpy)2bdpq](ClO4)2 with the DNA.The results indicate that the(Ru(Ⅱ)) complex acts as a DNA intercalator with a binding constant of(1.9±0.1)×106 L/mol at 50 mmol/L NaCl,and can serve as a good "DNA molecular light switches" with a luminescence enhancement factor of 180.

Electroluminescent properties of three ternary europium complexes with different phenanthroline derivatives被引量:4

Three ternary Eu(III) complexes with general formula of Eu(DBM)3LN (DBM = dibenzoylmethanate, and LN (N = 13 ) stand for three different 1,10-phenanthroline derivatives) have been synthesized for vacuum deposition films-based electroluminescent devices. The complex Eu(DBM)3L3 (L3 = 2-phenyl-3-[3-(carbazol-9-yl)propyl]imidazo[4,5-f]1,10-phenan- throline) was designed with an effort to combine the electron-transporting phenanthroline plat-form and the hole-transporting carbazole group into one molecule expecting to improve both electron and hole transporting properties simultaneously. The results show that the variation of the neutral ligands in Eu(III) mixed ligand complexes is a simple and effective approach to the improvement in the thermal stability, PL and EL properties of materials. A double-layer device with the configuration of ITO/TPD (50 nm)/Eu(DBM)3L3 (50 nm)/Mg0.9Ag0.1 (200 nm)/Ag (100 nm) exhibited Eu(III)-based pure red emission with a maximum brightness of 561 cd/m2 at 16 V, and an onset driving voltage of 8 V. A device with the configuration of ITO/TPD (50 nm)/[Eu(DBM)3L3 (5 nm):BCP (5 nm)]4/BCP (20 nm)/AlQ (10 nm) Mg0.9Ag0.1 (110 nm)/Ag (100 nm) gave high effi-cient and pure red light emission with a luminance of 1419 cd/m2.

三种双偶极半菁衍生物与H_3PMo_(12)O_(40)自组装多层膜的研究被引量:5

Three kinds of new electrostatic self-assembled multilayer films were prepared with alternating adsorption of H3PMo12O40 and hemicyanine derivatives,and characterized with UV-visible absorption spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry.The results show that these films are vertically uniform and electrochemically active with surface-controlled behavior,and the charge transfer may occur between H3PMo12O40 and hemicyanine derivatives in the films.The electron transfer rates of the three films are derived to be 0.0027,0.0019 and 0.00066 s-1,respectively,which decrease with increasing the thickness of the hemicyanine layers in the films.

稀土硅钨杂多配合物与半菁复合材料的合成及光学性质被引量:2

通过Keggin结构稀土硅钨杂多配合物K13[Ln(SiW11O39)2](其中Ln=La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,简写为Ln(SiW11)2)与碘化(E)-N-甲基-4-(2-(4-二甲氨基苯基)乙烯基)吡啶(C16H19N2I,AI)反应,制备了一系列含轻稀土元素的硅钨杂多配合物与半菁衍生物的复合材料。应用元素分析和TG-DTA确定配合物的组成为(C16H19N2)10K3[Ln(SiW11O39)2]。利用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱和荧光光谱研究了上述复合材料的光学性质及复合材料中无机组分与有机组分间的相互作用。

[Ru(phen)_2dppz]^(2+)二聚及对DNA键合性质的影响被引量:3

The dimerization of a well-known DNA light-switch [Ru(phen)2dppz]2+(phen=1,10-phenanthroline, dppz=dipyrido[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine), and its effect on calf thymus binding properties were studied by UV-Vis and emission spectroscopy in Tris-HCl buffered 50 mmol/L NaCl(pH=7.1). The results show that the complex has a strong tendency to dimerize with a dimerization constant of (1.8±0.3)×106 L/mol at the same order of magnitude as the DNA binding constant of (6.0±1.2)×106 L/mol for the Ru(Ⅱ) complex dimer, but one order of magnitude less than (4.9±1.5)×107 L/mol for the Ru(Ⅱ) complex monomer. This study has provided insight into a fundamental but important issue that should be taken into account for the DNA binding studies.
