异步冷轧工艺对IF钢织构的影响被引量:7
2006年
对异步轧制IF钢的冷轧织构进γ行了测试分析,并与同步轧制的IF钢板的冷轧织构组分进行了比较。实验结果表明:随着冷轧压下量的增加,快、慢辊侧的γ织构组分均明显增强;异步轧制的速比显著影响γ织构组分的强弱,速比大时快、慢辊侧的组分的差异更加明显.

Formation of Nuclei With {111}<110> and {111}<112> Orientations of IF Steel at Early Stage of Recrystallization Using EBSD Analysis被引量:4

The excellent deep drawability of interstitial free steel(IF steel)is closely related to its texture formed during recrystallization.The nucleation process of cold rolled IF steel at the early stage of recrystallization was investigated by electron back scattered diffraction(EBSD).The characteristics of the microstructure after deformation and the orientation of nucleation were observed.The results show that the deformed microstructure with 80% reduction could be subdivided into two groups.These two types of microstructure were characterized by their orientation and internal local misorientations.The nuclei withγ-orientation preferred to form in deformed bands with γ-orientation and at the boundaries between deformed grains with different orientations.The recrystallized grains with{111}<110>orientation appeared firstly in deformed matrix with{111}<112>orientation and consumed the matrix with {111}<112>to grow up,while the recrystallized grains with{111}<112>orientation were observed secondly in deformed matrix with{111}<110> orientation and consumed matrix with{111}<110>to grow up.

本文总结了商业软件中已有的和经过改进的各种EBSD取向图重构方法,分析和讨论了这些EBSD取向图重构方法在金属形变组织研究中的应用。结果表明,改进的取向图重构方法都能提高EBSD取向图的衬度,其中TD轴旋转分量重构法显示金属形变组织的细微结构效果最好。

纯度为99.9%的多晶镍(晶粒尺寸为0.5~2mm),被轧制到55%形变量,用测试显微硬度的手段研究选定晶粒内部的形变不均匀性.用扫描电镜(SEM)上的背散射电子衬度成像分析晶粒内不同位置的微观组织的变化。结果表明,与轧制方向成较大角度的晶界的影响导致晶粒内形变的不均匀性,造成微观组织及形变储能的不同,宏观上表现为显微硬度的不同。

不同均匀化制度对3003阴极箔比电容的影响被引量:5

采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜(能谱)、透射电镜及比电容检测等方法研究了不同均匀化制度下0 0 5mm的30 0 3阴极箔腐蚀箔的表面腐蚀形貌和光箔的析出相形貌、大小以及体积分数及其对比电容的影响。结果表明:样品经6 2 0℃2 4h +水淬+5 0 0℃ 10h +空冷的双级均匀化后,析出相粒子尺寸细小,分布弥散,体积分数达6 5 % ,阴极箔腐蚀均匀,比电容可达5 30 μF cm2 ,而其他单级均匀化制度下,析出相较粗大且细小析出相相对较少,因而比电容比双级均匀化样品的低。实验结果同时表明,不同的均匀化制度对光箔的位错组态影响不明显,析出相的组态决定了比电容的高低和腐蚀形貌。

Evolution of grain structure in AA2195 Al-Li alloy plate during recrystallization被引量:3

The evolution of the grain structures in AA2195 Al-Li alloy plate warm-rolled by 80% reduction during recrystallization annealing at 500 ℃ was investigated by electron backscatter diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. It is found that the elongated grain structures are caused by the lamellar distribution of recrystallization nucleation sites, being lack of large second phase particles (>1 μm), and dispersive coherent particles (such as δ′ and β′) concentrated in planar bands. The recrystallization process may be separated into three stages: firstly, recrystallization nucleation occurs heterogeneously, and the nuclei are concentrated in some planar zones parallel to rolling plane. Secondly, the grain boundaries interacted with small particles concentrate in planar bands, which is able to result in the elongated grain structures. The rate of the grain growth is controlled by the dissolution of these small particles. Thirdly, after most of small particles are dissolved, their hindrance to migration of the grain boundaries fades away, and the unrecrystallized zones are consumed by adjacent recrystallized grains. The migration of high angle grain boundaries along normal direction leads a gradual transformation from the elongated grains to the nearly equiaxed, which is driven by the tension of the grain boundaries.

Microstructure and texture evolution during warm compression of the magnesium alloy AZ31被引量:2

The evolution of the microstructure and texture with strain during compression at 150℃ of the magnesium alloy AZ31 has been investigated using the electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD) technique. The initial samples were chosen to have a strong basal plane texture with the crystal c-axes perpendicular to the compression direction. The EBSD data provide evidence concerning the relative activity of both {10-12} extension twinning and slip, and suggest that non-basal slip is important in samples deformed to a strain of more than 0.2. The relative contributions of the twinning and the slip during deformation have been discussed based on the results above.

采用光学金相(OM)和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术研究了高纯铝轧制变形的微观组织、晶界角度分布和取向的关系。结果表明:平行于轧向的形变微观组织可分为具有明显特征取向且包含的晶界以小于5°为主的带状组织(OAB)和取向散布宽度较大且包含的晶界以大于15°为主的带状组织(OSB):〈5°,50-10°,10°~15°和〉15°4个级别的晶界角度水平面积率既与形变微观组织的形貌相关,也与其取向有关。

热轧工艺中加热温度对IF钢组织性能的影响被引量:12

选取Ti-Nb-IF钢热轧工艺中的加热温度为影响因素,采用显微观察、TEM二相粒子分析、织构分析等实验分析手段,研究了1 140℃和1 214℃两种热轧加热温度制备的Ti-Nb-IF钢样品在随后的冷轧、退火和平整过程中显微组织演变和织构演变特征的影响及最终产品的力学性能.结果表明,低温加热有利于IF钢屈强比的降低及深冲性能的提高,加热温度为1 140℃比1 214℃,其屈服强度可降低30 MPa,塑性应变比可提高0.16.其主要原因为低温加热工艺保障IF钢热轧后产生粗大的二相粒子和细小铁素体晶粒,在随后的冷轧和退火处理过程中产生分布均匀和强的γ再结晶织构.

选择Ti-IF和Ti+Nb-IF钢铁素体区热轧板为实验材料,采用金相组织观察、二相粒子形貌分析、织构分析等实验手段对其组织和织构特征进行了分析.结果表明:Ti-IF钢比Ti+Nb-IF钢的晶粒尺寸大,二相粒子尺寸大且数量多;两种钢的表层板织构强弱正好相反且在二分之一层形成了具有冷轧特征的织构,而纤维织构表层为(1 1 0)∥ND,(1 1 2)∥ND,(1 0 2)∥ND,二分之一层为(0 0 1)∥ND,(1 1 1)∥ND,(1 1 2)∥ND;区别于Ti+Nb-IF钢,Ti-IF钢在表层出现了〈0 0 1〉∥RD,二分之一层出现了〈1 0 2〉∥RD织构组分.
