电解抛光法制备钛合金EBSD样品被引量:4
2018年
采用5%的高氯酸乙醇溶液对TC4钛合金进行电解抛光,测得了相应的电解抛光特征曲线。随抛光温度升高,电解抛光特性曲线上拐点处对应的分解电压先减小后增大,20℃时达到最低。借助场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)分析了抛光电压、搅拌和抛光时间等参数对TC4钛合金抛光效果的影响,借助EBSD技术验证了抛光效果。TC4钛合金的最佳电解抛光条件:电解抛光温度20℃、电压28V、电流密度0.98A/cm^2、搅拌、电解抛光时间25S。

退火温度对Ti-IF钢性能及织构的影响被引量:1

对冷轧压下率为80%、厚1 mm的Ti-IF钢经不同温度退火处理后进行拉伸试验,测量其塑性应变比r值。观察退火试样的显微组织,并利用电子背散射衍射技术(EBSD)对其性能和再结晶织构进行分析。结果表明,冷轧试验钢分别在780、810、840℃退火3 min后,均发生了再结晶;随着退火温度的升高,大多数晶粒尺寸由5-6μm增大到9-10μm;试验钢的r值随退火温度升高而增大;退火钢再结晶织构表现为强烈的{111}织构,主要由{111}〈110〉和{111}〈112〉两类取向晶粒组成。

热加工对管线钢针状铁素体组织形成的影响被引量:2

以X70管线钢为实验材料,研究不同变形量和冷却速率对管线钢显微组织的影响。结果表明,在奥氏体未再结晶区进行适量的变形,从而形成位错、形变带和胞状组织等缺陷,可以增加铁素体在奥氏体晶内的形核位置和形核率,增大相变驱动力,有利于在随后的冷却过程中得到晶粒细小的针状铁素体组织;其中变形量2ε=0.4、冷却速率为30~60℃/s(油冷)下冷却的试样,能够得到最佳的针状铁素体组织,可以满足工程上要求组织中针状铁素体占80%以上的要求。

IF钢生产过程中的织构演变被引量:11

对IF钢生产过程中热轧、冷轧及退火试样的织构演变进行研究。分别借助EBSD和XRD测定和计算了热轧、退火及冷轧试样的取向分布函数及相关织构组分的体积分数。结果发现,热轧板在变形过程中发生了动态再结晶,晶粒为细小的等轴晶,为后续组织发展提供了基础;热轧后试样中的织构很弱,不会影响冷轧织构组分及含量。冷轧过程是织构形成的主要过程,试样中含有4种主要的织构组分:{001}〈110〉、{111}〈110〉、{111}〈112〉和{112}〈110〉。退火过程中发生再结晶,4种冷轧织构组分在退火过程中均分别转变为{111}面织构。

Texture,Grain Boundary Characterization and Segregation of Phosphorus in an Annealed Interstitial Free Steel被引量:1

The {111}∥ND plane texture,grain boundary characterization and grain boundary segregation of phosphorus are investigated for the phosphorus added high strength interstitial free(IF)steel annealed at 810℃ for 60 s to 180 s.The results show that the maximum volume fraction of {111}∥ND plane texture is about 85% and the grain boundary segregation peak of phosphorus is about 14 at.%for the steel annealed at 810 ℃ for 120 s.The Σ3 and other low-ΣCSL(coincident site lattice)boundaries are lowest for the steel annealed for 120 s.Segregation of phosphorus is also found at low angle grain boundaries.

研究超低碳贝氏体钢的控轧控冷和回火工艺对其组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在试验工艺下试样组织均为粒状贝氏体,且在820℃终轧、440℃回火时获得了高强度低屈强比的超低碳贝氏体钢;控轧控冷工艺可以细化贝氏体铁素体和M-A岛、降低铁素体含碳量、控制组织中软硬相的比例,从而提高材料强度、降低其屈强比。回火温度升高使贝氏体铁素体粗化、含碳量和位错密度降低、M-A岛分解成细小的板条贝氏体,并析出富铜原子团,这是材料获得高强度、低屈强比的主导因素。

Precipitation Behavior of FeTiP in Ti-added Interstitial Free High Strength Steels被引量:1

The precipitation behavior of FeTiP in interstitial free high strength(IFHS)steels has been studied by using a transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results show that the TiC particles,appearing at earlier stage,are more stable than the FeTiP ones during recrystallization annealing at the two given temperatures(810℃ and 840℃).Therefore,the FeTiP particles can only be observed in the steels with sufficient amount of Ti.There is a critical forming time for the FeTiP,which is between 90-120 sat 810 ℃ and 60-90 sat 840 ℃.The precipitation of FeTiP involves two steps,i.e.the formation of FeTi precursors and the diffusion of P.The former step determines the reliance of Ti content for the precipitation of FeTiP,whereas the latter step leads to the difference in the critical annealing time.

Failure Mechanism and Material Requirements for Coal Lance in Blast Furnace被引量:1

Pulverized coal injection(PCI) is a key technology in modern ironmaking by blast furnace(BF) and the life of injection lance has a great influence on PCI operation and on normal running of blast furnace.It is found that the main reasons for the failure of the lances are their outer surface oxidation and the inner surface erosion through monitoring some lances used in BF.The outer surface oxidation of the lances made of lCr18Ni9Ti is inevitable under high hot blast temperature condition through thermodynamics analysis.A mathematical model for calculating the temperature of common monocular coal lance had been developed according to the principles of mass and energy balance.Increasing temperature and flow velocity of the hot blast would cause a rise in the lance temperature.The influence of hot blast temperature is more obvious.The lance temperature would decline when compressed air flux increases.Conveying technology of dense phase pulverized coal is beneficial to extending lance's life because decreasing solid-gas ratio would intensify erosion and burning loss.The anti-oxidation temperature of lance materials needs to be over 1000 ℃ for BF intensified smelting.In order to increase the resistance to oxidation of the coal lance's outer surface,oxidation-resistant steel or Al coating stainless steel is the appropriate material for BF use.Employing the metal surface treatment technology to enhance the hardness of the coal lance's internal surface could prolong the service life of coal lance.

Microtexture Evolution and Grain Boundary Character Distribution of Interstitial-Free Steels With Moderate Levels of Cold Rolling Reductions被引量:1

High-strength interstitial-free steel sheets have very good deep drawability when processed to have{111}recrystallization texture.The microtexture evolution and grain boundary character distribution of interstitial-free steels as a function of moderate levels of cold rolling reductions were investigated by the metallographic microscopy and electron backscatter diffraction technique.The results showed that there was a close relationship between microtexture and grain boundary character distribution for interstitial-free steel,especially the distribution and features of some specific types of coincident-site lattice boundaries.In addition,α-fiber texture was weakened to vanish whileγ-fiber texture strengthened gradually as cold rolling reduction was increased from 20%to 75%for cold rolled and annealed samples.Accordingly,increasing the rolling reduction from 20%to 75%would lead to a significant increase in the proportion ofΣ3boundaries.Also,it was found that the microtexture of 20%cold rolled sample would induce a high frequency ofΣ11grain boundaries,but the microtexture of 75%cold rolled sample would produce moreΣ7andΣ17grain boundaries.It was suggested that texture played a significant role in the formation of grain boundary character distribution.
