聚乙烯醇缩丁醛/聚乙二醇体系的流变性能被引量:2

采用美国TA公司的AR2000型应力控制流变仪研究了聚乙烯醇缩丁醛/聚乙二醇(PVB/PEG)体系的流变学性能,研究了温度、PVB质量分数与PEG分子量对PVB/PEG体系的流动曲线和非牛顿指数等流变特性的影响。结果表明PVB/PEG体系存在剪切变稀行为,为假塑性流体;温度升高,表观黏度减小,非牛顿指数增大;PVB质量分数增加,表观黏度增加,非牛顿指数减小;PEG分子量增加,表观黏度增加,非牛顿指数变化很小。在一定的浓度和剪切速率下体系的黏度随温度的变化符合Arrhenius方程式,粘流活化能随剪切速率的增加而减小。

Treatment of stable oil/water emulsion by novel felt-metal supported PVA composite hydrophilic membrane using cross flow ultrafiltration被引量:1

The novel felt-metal supported PVA composite hydrophilic ultrafiltration membrane was used for the treatment of oil/water(O/W) emulsion. The effects of transmembrane pressure(TMP), cross flow velocity, feed concentration on membrane performance were investigated, and ultrasonic cleaning of the fouled membrane was also investigated. The results show the flux increases with the increase of cross-flow velocity and TMP within the given TMP range from 0.20 MPa to 0.40 MPa. With increase of initial oil concentration increases, the oil rejection increases while the permeate flux decreases. The composite membrane shows more than 90% oil rejection within the initial oil concentration range from 0.05% to 0.50% (mass fraction) at TMP of 0.30 MPa. The fouling of the composite membrane increases rapidly during the initial 20 min at given TMP range from 0.20 MPa to 0.40 MPa, and it increases slowly after 30 min. The results also show that ultrasound is very effective in removing oil fouling of the fouled membrane, and the properties of the composite ultrafiltration membrane can be completely recovered by 10 min of sonication.

聚合物强化超滤处理含铜废水被引量:3

络合剂为聚丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物(PAA-100),超滤膜采用聚醚砜中空纤维超滤膜,研究了聚合物强化超滤处理含铜废水的工艺条件。研究了不同溶液pH条件下聚合物/金属离子质量比(P/M)、溶液pH值、外加盐、竞争络合剂、操作压力、运行时间等对铜离子去除率的影响。结果表明,在一定pH值条件下,铜离子截留率随P/M的增加而增加;在一定P/M下,适当提高溶液pH值有利于铜的截留;在P/M=6、溶液pH>5.3时,截留率可达90%。外加盐和竞争络合剂柠檬酸的加入均导致铜离子截留率下降。

Effects of F127 on Properties of PVB/F127 Blend Hollow Fiber Membrane via Thermally Induced Phase Separation被引量:5

Hydrophilic poly(vinyl butyral)(PVB) /Pluronic F127(F127) blend hollow fiber membranes were prepared via thermally induced phase separation(TIPS) ,and the effects of blend composition on the performance of hydrophilic PVB/F127 blend hollow fiber membrane were investigated.The addition of F127 to PVB/polyethylene glycol(PEG) system decreases the cloud point temperature,while the cloud point temperature increases slightly with the addition of F127 to 20%(by mass) PVB/F127/PEG200 system when the concentration of F127 is not higher than 5%(by mass) .Light scattering results show that the initial inter-phase periodic distance formed from the phase separation of 20%(by mass) PVB/F127/PEG200 system decreases with the addition of F127,so does the growth rate during cooling process.The blend hollow fiber membrane prepared at air-gap 5mm,of which the water permeability increases and the rejection changes little with the increase of F127 concentration.For the membrane prepared at zero air-gap,both water permeability and rejection of the PVB/F127 blend membrane are greater than those of PVB membrane,while the tensile strength changes little.Elementary analysis shows that most F127 in the polymer solution can firmly exist in the polymer matrix,increasing the hydrophilicity of the blend membrane prepared at air-gap of 5mm.

采用动态流变仪研究聚醚F127质量分数对聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)/聚醚F127/聚乙二醇(PEG200)共混体系动态流变学性能的影响。研究结果表明:该体系表现出假塑性流体的特征;复数黏度、动态储能模量、动态损耗模量随F127质量分数的增加而增大;非牛顿系数随聚醚F127质量分数的增加而减小;损耗因子随剪切频率的增加先增加后减小,随聚醚F127质量分数增加,内耗峰峰值减小且剪切频率降低;体系的黏度随温度的变化符合Arrhenius方程式,聚醚F127质量分数的增加使体系的黏流活化能显著增加。

Rheological properties of polyvinyl butyral/Pluronic F127/PEG200 blend systems

The influence of temperature and mass fraction of Pluonic F127 on the rheological properties of polyvinyl butyric (PVB)/Pluronic F127/polyethylene glycol (PEG) 200 blend systems was investigated by a rotational rheometer with parallel plates. The results show that the blend systems approach homogeneous state at 140, 150 and 160 °C while the rheological properties of the blend systems significantly deviate from the homogeneous systems at 120 °C. Shear thinning behavior is observed for all the blend systems at different temperatures and is enhanced by increasing Pluronic F127 content. The complex viscosity, storage modulus, loss modulus, zero-shear activation energy and flow recovery of the blend systems increase with the increase of Pluronic F127 content. There is a crossing point for the loss modulus and the storage modulus of each sample at high frequency, which is called specified frequency (SF). The loss modulus is larger than the storage modulus when the frequency is less than the SF, and when frequency is more than SF, the loss modulus is smaller than the storage modulus.

Characterization of polysulfone hollow-fiber ultrafiltration membrane and its cleaning efficiency by streaming potential and flux method被引量:1

Polysulfone(PS)hollow-fiber ultrafiltration membrane was characterized combined with flux and streaming potential in single electrolyte solutions.The effects of trans-membrane pressure,electrolyte concentration,ion valence and pH value of electrolyte solution on the streaming potential(SP)of the membrane were investigated.The zeta potential and surface charge density of the membrane were calculated on the basis of Helmholtz-Smoluchowski equation and Gouy-Chapmann theory.The results indicate that the valence and concentration of cation have a greater influence on the SP and surface charge density of PS membrane than those of anion,and the pH value of electrolyte solution has great effects on the SP and zeta potential of the membrane surface. Both the absolute value of the streaming potential and water flux of the adsorbed membrane decrease,compared with those of the clean membrane.The streaming potential and flux of the cleaned membrane can be completely recovered by cleaning with the mass fraction of 0.8%EDTA at pH=10.

络合剂为聚丙烯酸钠、超滤膜采用芳香聚酰胺膜,研究了络合-超滤处理含铜废水的工艺条件。研究了不同溶液pH值条件下聚合物/金属离子质量比(P/M)、溶液PH、操作压力、运行时间等操作参数对铜离子去除率和膜通量的影响。结果表明,在一定pH条件下,Cu2+的截留率随P/M的增加而增加;在一定P/M下,适当提高溶液pH值有利于Cu2+的截留。在溶液pH=6、P/M=22条件下,Cu2+的截留率达到97%以上。

用丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物(PMA-100)作络合剂采用络合-超滤技术处理模拟含镉(Cd2+)废水,研究聚合物/金属离子质量比(P/M)、溶液pH、盐浓度、操作压力(TMP)和运行时间等对镉离子截留率和膜通量的影响。结果表明:在一定P/M下,pH在3~7范围内,适当提高溶液pH值有利于镉离子的截留;在一定pH条件下,镉离子截留率R随P/M的增加而增加;当pH=5.8、P/M=6时,镉离子的截留率可达99%以上;溶液pH值在3~7范围内时,NaCl和Na2SO4的存在使镉离子的截留率有所降低。当溶液pH〈5.8时,酒石酸钾钠的存在使Cd2+的截留率有所下降。
