Microwave left-handed composite material made of slim ferrite rods and metallic wires被引量:1

This paper reports on experimental study of the microwave properties of a composite material consisting of ferrite and copper wires. It finds that the slim ferrite rods can modify the magnetic field distribution through their anisotropy, so that the ferrite's negative influence on the copper wires' plasma will be reduced. Left-handed properties are observed even in the specimen with close stuck ferrite rods and copper wires.

The magnetic and dielectric properties of Sr-substituted Zn2-Y hexagonal ferrites (Ba2-x SrxZn2Fe12O22, 1.0 〈 x ≤ 1.5) are studied in this paper. Sr substitution will lead to the variation of cation occupation, which influences both the magnetic and electric properties. As Sr content x rises from 1.0 to 1.5, magnetic hysteresis loop gets wider gradually and the permeability drops rapidly due to the transformation from ferrimagnetic to antiferromagnetic phase. Moreover, permittivity rises with increasing Sr content. Under a certain external magnetic field, the phase transition of helical spin structure of Ba0.5Srl.5Zn2Fe12O22 at about 295 K seems to open a possibility for the room-temperature ferroelectricity induced by magnetic field. But its low resistivity prevents the observation of ferroelectric and magnetoelectric properties at room-temperature.

研究了由双层磁化铁氧体构成的磁感应波器件的微波透射性能以及场致频率可调特性,并探讨了结构参数对微波性能的影响.两磁化铁氧体平板样品平行放置,由于间隙处表面波共振模强烈耦合产生磁感应波透过样品,在铁磁共振产生的微波禁带频率范围内产生一个显著的通带.通带的中心频率随着偏置磁场的增强而单调上升,显示出很好的场致频率可调性.随着两铁氧体之间间距的增加,界面耦合作用减弱,透射通带的半高宽逐渐降低,损耗增加.

基于铁氧体基板的开口谐振环的可调微波左手特性研究被引量:9

利用铁氧体的外场调制特性,提出采用铁氧体作为金属环线结构的介质基板,实现频率可调左手材料.首先采用时域差分有限元方法数值模拟了基板材料参数变化的条件下,开口谐振环的频率可调性规律.随基板材料的介电常数或磁导率升高,与开口谐振环负磁导率对应的透射谷频率将显著降低.实验制备了一系列超高频软磁六角铁氧体,利用外加磁场有效调制了其磁导率.并通过实验表明,通过调控外加磁场可以有效地调控开口谐振环负磁导率对应的透射谷频率.

Characterization of a Y-type hexagonal ferrite-based frequency tunable microwave absorber被引量:3

A Y-type hexaferrite rod with the composition of Ba2COl.8Cuo.2Fe12022 was presented as an absorbing material with high absorb- anee. Its high absorbance and wide absorption band result from ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) that is self-biased by strong shape and mag- netocrystaUine anisotropy fields. Around the FMR frequency the specimen of the ferrite rods exhibits very high absorbance and the FMR frequency can be tuned by the rod dimension. In addition to the high absorbance and the wide tunable absorption band, the microwave ab- sorber has another advantage of light weight due to the use of the ferrite rods instead of ferrite slabs.

Single-negative properties of Ba_2Co_(1.8)Cu_(0.2)Fe_(12)O_(22) and Ba_3Co_2Fe_(23.4)Zn_(0.6)O_(41) hexagonal ferrites

The electromagnetic properties of Ba2Co1.8Cu0.2Fe12O22 (Co2Y) and Ba3Co2Fe23.4Zn0.6O41 (Co2Z) were studied by measuring microwave scattering parameters.In the transmission spectra of Ba2Co1.8Cu0.2Fe12O22,a forbidden band emerges due to ferromagnetic resonance,and the permeability will turn to negative in the vicinity of the ferromagnetic resonance frequency.In the complex permittivity spectra of Ba3Co2Fe23.4Zn0.6O41,the negative permittivity can be obtained due to dielectric resonance.Therefore,Co2Y and Co2Z can be used to construct left-handed materials possessing negative permeability and negative permittivity simultaneously.

该文研究了显微结构对BaTiO3陶瓷电热特性与击穿电场的影响。采用固相反应法制备BaTiO3粉体,经干压结合冷等静压工艺成型后,在不同温度下烧结成陶瓷样品。随烧结温度提高,陶瓷晶粒长大、结构更致密,由此导致极化强度与电热效应绝热变温明显提高,但击穿电场下降。等静压工艺可进一步提升瓷体致密度并促进晶粒长大,使电热效应提升。
