Evolvement of permeability of ore granular media during heap leaching based on image analysis被引量:5

The column leaching experiment of ore granular media was carried out with the home-made multi-functional experimental apparatus and the pore structure of ore granular media was scanned by the X-ray computed tomography machine before and after leaching.The porosities of each section before and after leaching were calculated based on CT images processing,and the permeability of each zone before and after leaching were also calculated with Carman-Kozeny equation.The permeability evolvement law was disclosed.The results indicate that before leaching the permeability of the ore granular media in different height has not much difference and the value ranges from 5.70×10-4mm 2to 1.11×10 -3mm 2,where the lowest one locates in the bottom zone.After leaching the permeability distributes inhomogeneously along the height of the column and the value ranges from 3.44×10 -4 mm 2 to 2.25×10 -2 mm 2 ,where the lowest one is in the same place.Except for the bottom zone,the permeability of other zones increases after leaching,especially the top zone.Through comparison of the permeability at bottom zone before and after leaching,the whole permeability after leaching decreases by 39.65%that coincides with the measured experimental data.

采空区顶板大面积冒落的空气冲击波被引量:48

为了解决采空区大面积冒落所产生空气冲击波的问题,以冬瓜山铜矿西山特大采空区为例,建立了简化的物理模型,采用Lagrange法,从理论上计算采空区顶板大面积冒落所产生空气冲击波的强度;同时,采用激波管实验,研究垫层的削波效果.理论计算结果表明:西山采空区顶板大面积冒落不会产生空气冲击波,只会形成高速气浪,垫层表面最大风压为0.139 MPa,最大风速为53.09 m/s,接近自由落体的速度.激波管实验表明:当垫层厚度不小于12 m时,出口风速和风压可降到安全范围内.

堆浸浸出率灰色动态GDM(1,1)预测研究被引量:2

基于灰色系统理论扩展了GM(1,1)模型建模方法.给出了一些既改善原始数据列的光滑度,又减少还原误差的变换函数构造条件.首次将灰色动态模型结合变换函数应用于堆浸过程浸出率的预测.结果表明:该方法预测精度高,为实现浸出动力学未来行为的预测和控制提供了一种新的方法.

Prediction of leaching rate in heap leaching process by grey dynamic model GDM(1,1)被引量:1

The method of developing GM(1,1) model is extended on the basis of grey system theory. Conditions for the transfer function that improve smoothness of original data sequence and decrease the revert error are given. The grey dynamic model is first combined with the transfer function to predict the leaching rate in heap leaching process. The results show that high prediction accuracy can be expected by using the proposed method. This provides a new approach to realize prediction and control of the future behavior of leaching kinetics.

影响铜矿排土场堆浸渗透性的主要因素分析被引量:7

铜矿排土场渗滤浸出,堆体的渗透性是关键。以德兴铜矿排土场浸出为例,从矿石块度、筑堆方式、机械压实、泥质及粉矿含量等几个方面,系统研究了影响排土场渗透性的主要因素,结果表明:泥质及粉矿含量高、筑堆偏析及机械压实是导致排土场低渗透性的主要原因。通过革新爆破和筑堆工艺,机械松动,添加疏松剂,敷设助渗设施及破碎熟化造粒浸出等技术手段,可以有效改善排土场的渗透性,提高金属回收率。

Experimental study on preferential solution flow during dump leaching of low-grade ores被引量:3

The phenomenon of preferential solution flow during dump leaching of low-grade ores was studied.The formative mechanism of preferential solution flow was investigated through analyzing the relationship between permeability and ore diameter,and the relationship between surface tension and ore diameter.The preferential solution flow happened within the fine ore area when the dump was unsaturated.And it could happen within the coarse ore area when the dump became saturated.The results of experiment show that the outflow of coarse ore area increases sharply with higher applied rate.The outflow of fine ore area is greater than that of coarse ore area when the applied rate is below 3.2 L/min,and the preferential solution flow happens in fine ore area.But the preferential solution flow happens in coarse ore area when the applied rate is higher than 3.2 L/min.The result of the experiment is consistent with the mechanism analyzing.

铜矿尾砂超声强化浸出试验研究被引量:4

通过超声强化尾砂氨浸试验,探讨了超声波对尾砂中铜浸出率的影响关系,分析了超声对尾砂浸出的作用机理,提出了超声强化尾砂管道浸出技术。研究结果表明:超声强化技术能显著提高尾砂浸出速率和总浸出率;超声强化作用下形成的冲击波、微射流能创造新的活性表面,并能改善浸出"死区"内的传质效果,超声强化尾砂管道浸出技术综合管道输送尾砂时的搅拌作用和超声强化作用,有利于提高资源回收率。

在矿业工程领域,关于人的可靠性分析方面的研究工作目前尚处于起步阶段。本文在分析系统特征的基础上,建立了系统模糊状态的隶属函数,推导了人的可靠性模糊综合评判公式;根据各影响因素具有明显的模糊性的特点,确立了适用于矿山采场人可靠性评价的模糊评判模式,并给出了应用实例。

The bioleaching behavior of low-grade copper sulphides under the condition of preferential solution flow was investigated through experiments. The experiment of bioleaching was conducted within the multifunction autocontrol bioleaching apparatus. The results show that the concentrations of Cu2+ and total Fe increase slowly at the beginning. The recovery rate decreases with the increase of depth of dump. The preferential solution happens within the fine region when the application rate is low, and the recovery rate of the fine region is higher than that of the coarse region. The content of fine ore particles within both fine and coarse regions increases during the leaching period, and the preferential solution flow shifts from fine region to coarse region. The surface of the ores at the top of dump is attacked seriously, and the ores in the middle is attacked slightly. There are plenty of crackles on the surface of bottom ores because of the precipitation layer on the surface.

Pore structure of ore granular media by computerized tomography image processing被引量:6

The pore structure images of ore particles located at different heights of leaching column were scanned with X-ray computerized tomography (CT) scanner, the porosity and pore size distribution were calculated and the geometrical shape and connectivity of pores were analyzed based on image process method, and the three dimensional reconstruction of pore structure images was realized. The results show that the porosity of ore particles bed in leaching column is 42.92%, 41.72%, 39.34% at top, middle and bottom zone, respectively. Obviously it has spatial variability and decreases appreciably along the height of the column. The overall average porosity obtained by image processing is 41.33% while the porosity gotten from general measurement method in laboratory is 42.77% showing the results of both methods are consistent well. The pore structure of ore granular media is characterized as a dynamical space network composed of interconnected pore bodies and pore throats. The ratio of throats with equivalent diameter less than 1.91 mm to the total pores is 29.31%, and that of the large pores with equivalent diameter more than 5.73 mm is 2.90%.
