网络结构的聚苯胺-二氧化锰纳米复合材料的制备及其电化学性能被引量:1

利用水热法合成了一维的MnO2纳米棒,经十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)表面改性后与苯胺单体在低温下混和,通过原位化学氧化聚合法制备了聚苯胺-二氧化锰(PANI-MnO2)纳米复合材料。采用FESEM、FT-IR、XRD、TG、循环伏安以及恒电流充放电等测试技术对复合材料进行了结构和性能的分析。结果表明:MnO2纳米棒穿插在聚苯胺纳米线网络中,通过两者之间的相互作用形成了新的网络结构,随着MnO2含量的增加,复合材料比容量呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当m(An)∶m(MnO2)=1∶3、电流密度为1 mA/cm2时,复合电极材料的比容量最大为104F/g,聚苯胺的引入明显改善了MnO2电极材料的电化学性能。

Preparation of hollow alumina nanospheres via surfactant-assisted flame spray pyrolysis被引量:5

Hollow Al2O3 nanospheres with well-defined structure and shape were successfully prepared via flame spray pyrolysis (FSP) in the presence of a surfactant as droplet stabilizer. The morphology and structure of the nanospheres were systematically characterized by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and N 2 sorption. A solution of hydrated aluminum nitrate, polyethylene glycol (PEG) and absolute ethanol was sprayed into a flame to transform droplets into particles after evaporation and surface nucleation, forming hollow Al2O3 nanospheres from aluminum nitrate decomposition. The surfactant was found effective in producing smaller droplets because of decreased surface tension and viscosity, while the combination of oxygen atoms on PEG chains and aluminum ions in solution reduced interfacial turbulence, leading to increased stability of the droplets.

Improving photoelectrochemical activity of dye sensitized solar cell by a bilayered electrode with an overlayer of mesoporous anatase TiO_2被引量:1

For better performance of dye sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) ,a bilayer structured electrode was constructed by employing a mesoporous anatase TiO2 overlayer above a commercial P25 TiO2 nanoparticles underlayer. The mesoporous anatase TiO2,prepared through a facile surfactant-assisted sol-gel process,possessed large pore size and well inter-connected network structure,both beneficial for dye adsorption and electron transfer. The dye adsorption capability of the mesoporous TiO2 was nearly twice that of the P25 counterpart. In the electrode,the mesoporous TiO2 film enhanced both dye adsorption and lightharvest,to increase photocurrent(Jsc) from 12.32 to 14.78 mA/cm2. Compared to the single P25 TiO2 film,the synergy of the mesoporous TiO2 and the P25 TiO2 nanoparticle films in the electrode resulted in a 24% improvement in light-to-electricity conversion efficiency(η) . This bilayered electrode provides an alternative approach for further developing a photovoltaic device with better cell performance.

利用静电相互作用在玻璃纤维(GF)表面分别复合纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)和多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs),制备了GF-SiO2、GF-MWNTs复合增强体,并通过转矩流变仪制备了尼龙6(PA6)/GF-SiO2和尼龙6(PA6)/GF-MWNTs复合材料.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),示差扫描量热仪(DSC),热机械分析仪(DMA)等手段研究了复合材料的微观结构、热学及力学性能.结果表明,静电复合的方法可以使纳米二氧化硅(nano-SiO2)、多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)在GF表面达到均匀吸附,复合增强体能加快尼龙6的结晶速度,并使材料的玻璃化温度、动态模量、拉伸强度、结晶温度等明显提高,其中GF-MWNTs对复合材料性能的提高最明显,拉伸强度提升了21%,模量提高了28%.

聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐修饰碳纳米管增强聚丙烯复合材料的制备及性能

采用混合溶剂的溶液法技术,对聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)包覆碳纳米管(MWNTs)与聚丙烯(PP)纳米复合材料的电学和力学性能进行了研究。PP-g-MAH包覆MWNTs在二甲苯溶液中呈现良好的分散性,红外结果表明,酸化碳纳米管后表面官能团如羟基、羧基与马来酸酐发生氢键作用。场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)也证明了PP-g-MAH修饰MWNTs在PP基体中分散良好,并且相容性也得到了明显改善。复合材料的拉伸强度和电导率都有较大的提高,其中导电性相比未处理碳管/聚丙烯提高了两个数量级。

The flame technology has been employed broadly for large-scale manufacture of carbon blacks,fumed silica,pigmentary titania,and also ceramic commodities such as SiO2,TiO2,and Al2O3.A deeper understanding of the process also made it possible for production of novel nanomaterials with high functionality-various novel nanomaterials such as nanorods,nanowires,nanotubes,nanocoils,and nanocomposites with core/shell,hollow and ball-in-shell structures,have been synthesized recently via gas combustion technology,while the mechanisms of the material formation were investigated based on the nucleation-growth and chemical engineering principles.Studies of the fluid flow and mass mixing,supported by principles of chemical reaction engineering,could provide knowledge for better understanding of the process,and thus make rational manipulation of the products possible.
