基于公理化设计理论的产品配置建模方法及其在大型化工装备中的应用被引量:2

By considering the characteristics of information generation of chemical industry product configuration model,a new method of constructing chemical equipment configuration model based on axiomatic design theory was presented.In this method,functional domain mapping into physical domain was introduced,functional requirements with constraints were defined as function constraint integrated component(FCIC),design parameters with feature were defined as structure feature integrated component(SFIC),and the configuration model based on SFIC was constructed by establishing database and the characteristic relationship of SFIC features.Axiomatic design made configuration modeling more scientific,and helped the designer decide more quickly and accurately.Finally,a case study of configuration design for air separation equipment was presented.

Model evolvement and reuse technology of injection molding machine based on performance knowledge

To illuminate the necessity of model evolvement and rouse,dynamics of injection molding machine' sproduct models are analyzed.The performance knowledge is used to support the model evolvement andreuse.The driven factors of mechanical product model are concluded.The dynamic characteristics ofproduct model are described.The.performance knowledge is used to improve specific evolvement process.The upper-layer passing rules are adopted in the mechanical product comfiguration design.The rules ofproduct model evolvement are investigated.And the model evolvement of injection molding machine hasthree levels.Practical and effective realization arithmetic is given to roalize the performance knowledgereuse.Finally,HT1800X1N series injection molding machines are taken as examples to illuminate thatthe arithmetic is correct and practical.

SELF-ORGANIZED SEMANTIC FEATURE EVOLUTION FOR AXIOMATIC DESIGN被引量:5

Aiming at the problem existing in the computer aided design process that how to express the design intents with high-level engineering terminologies,a mechanical product self-organized semantic feature evolution technology for axiomatic design is proposed, so that the constraint relations between mechanical parts could be expressed in a semantic form which is more suitable for designers.By describing the evolution rules for semantic constraint information,the abstract expression of design semantics in mechanical product evolution process is realized and the constraint relations between parts are mapped to the geometric level from the semantic level;With semantic feature relation graph,the abstract semantic description,the semantic relative structure and the semantic constraint information are linked together;And the methods of semantic feature self-organized evolution are classified.Finally,combining a design example of domestic high-speed elevator,how to apply the theory to practical product development is illustrated and this method and its validity is described and verified.According to the study results,the designers are able to represent the design intents at an edvanced semantic level in a more intuitional and natural way and the automation,recursion and visualization for mechanical product axiomatic design are also realized.

现有的基于几何约束关系的CAD系统不能很好地解决面向方案设计的机构运动模型表示这一问题,为此提出了一种新的基于功能语义的运动进化建模方法.以功能单元的定义实现机械产品功能运动约束的抽象表达,研究了在机械产品运动进化建模过程中功能语义的表达、功能运动约束的进化模式以及机构运动综合技术.建立了功能运动约束与机构组合约束间的进化关系,实现了由语义层向几何约束层传递运动意图.将功能语义与运动功能综合求解的变换式进化过程相结合,实现了对设计者功能意图的映射转化.结合企业具体应用将上述理论应用于实际产品开发中,取得了良好的效果.

基于知识进化的产品可重用设计方法被引量:12

针对传统CAD系统在解决客户需求个性化带来的产品多样化方面存在的不足,结合工程产品设计的内在规律,在可重用设计过程中引入相似性理论,根据相似性分析的思想构造了基于知识进化的产品可重用设计方法,描述了语义知识相似性指标(相似度、满足度和重用度)计算方法,将产品可重用设计流程与产品设计的进化操作相结合,使语义知识的进化过程反映设计意图,并结合某制造企业具体应用,将上述理论应用于数控加工机床开发中,更有效地表示工程产品及其设计过程,对提高设计效率和设计质量具有很重要的意义.

基于多目标遗传优化的注射成型机性能设计被引量:6

采用一种基于多目标第二代非支配排序遗传算法的大型注射成型机总体性能优化设计方法,以最大注射压力、最大注射速率和最小注射功率为优化目标,系统分析了两两组合优化和三目标并行优化时,注射油缸内径、螺杆直径、工作油压力和工作油流量等设计参数对注射机构性能的影响,以及螺杆最大塑化能力的变化趋势。对于多目标优化的Pareto集,使用基于模糊集合理论的方法在其中选择一个最优解,排除人为偏好的不确定因素。与强度Pareto进化算法相比,第二代非支配排序遗传算法能以较小的时空复杂性得到分布均匀且更加逼近最优解的Pareto前沿。最后,以HTF180X2N大型注射成型机为例,说明所得结果可为决策者在大型注射成型机方案设计阶段进行目标权衡处理提供有效的依据。

基于解析结构模型的产品模块构建及其优化被引量:19

针对现有产品模块构建过程中存在的问题,通过建立产品零部件量化关联矩阵,采用扩展的解析结构模型对产品综合关联关系进行分解,形成产品初始模块。以关联矩阵为基础,给出了衡量模块聚合度、耦合度和设计需求趋同度的数值量化计算方法,并用上述指标构造了相应的优化数学模型。同时,应用成组遗传优化算法对初始模块进行优化,得到最优模块划分方案,并提供了模块接口的设计策略。最后,以电除尘器为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

TECHNOLOGY AND APPLICATION OF PRODUCT EVOLUTIONARY DESIGN BASED ON CONFIGURATION IN MASS CUSTOMIZATION MODE被引量:3

Product customization has been recognized as an effective means to implement mass cus-tomization (MC). A new theory and method for MC-oriented evolutionary design of configuration product is presented based on the study of developing law of evolutionary design in integrated envi-ronment, which focuses on the innovation and reuse properties of configuration product. The key technologies for general requirement modeling in quick response to customer requirement, multi-level stepwise configuration optimization driven by customer requirement and evolutionary deduction of product variable structure based on configuration association are thoroughly investigated. The suc-cessful application of the presented method in the development of real-life products demonstrates its utility, flexibility and robusticity.
