Effect of Ce doping of TiO_2 support on NH_3-SCR activity over V_2O_5–WO_3/CeO_2–TiO_2 catalyst被引量:18

CeO2–TiO2composite supports with different Ce/Ti molar ratios were prepared by a homogeneous precipitation method, and V2O5–WO3/CeO2–TiO2catalysts for the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NOx with NH3 were prepared by an incipient-wetness impregnation method. These catalysts were characterized by means of BET, XRD, UV–Vis,Raman and XPS techniques. The results showed that the catalytic activity of V2O5–WO3/TiO2 was greatly enhanced by Ce doping(molar ratio of Ce/Ti = 1/10) in the TiO2 support.The catalysts that were predominantly anatase TiO2 showed better catalytic performance than the catalysts that were predominantly fluorite CeO2. The Ce additive could enhance the surface adsorbed oxygen and accelerate the SCR reaction. The effects of O2 concentration, ratio of NH3/NO, space velocity and SO2 on the catalytic activity were also investigated. The presence of oxygen played an important role in NO reduction. The optimal ratio of NH3/NO was 1/1 and the catalyst had good resistance to SO2 poisoning.

Synthesis of La_xK_(1–x)CoO_3 nanorod and their catalytic performances for CO oxidation被引量:2

A series of LaxKl xCoO3 nanorod oxides with perovskite structure were synthesized by sol-gel method using polyvinyl al- cohol (PVA) as additive. These perovskite-type complex oxide catalysts were characterized by the techniques of X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared (IR), Brumauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). And the results showed that nano- rods of La1-xKxCoO3 perovskite-type complex oxides were fabricated by sol-gel method when the mass concentration of PVA was 4% and the calcined temperature kept at 700 ℃ for 4 h. The catalytic results of CO oxidation showed that the LaxK1-xoO3 catalysts had high activity. LaCoO3 nanorods exposed more {110} plane than LaCoO3 nanoparticles, which was beneficial to the catalytic oxi- dation of CO. LaCoO3 nanorods had the best catalytic performance for the oxidation of CO. At 200 ℃, the CO conversion could reach 100%.

Synthesis and kinetics investigation of meso-microporous Cu-SAPO-34 catalysts for the selective catalytic reduction of NO with ammonia被引量:8

A series of meso-microporous Cu-SAPO-34 catalysts were successfully synthesized by a one-pot hydrothermal crystallization method, and these catalysts exhibited excellent NH3-SCR performance at low temperature. Their structure and physic chemical properties were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction patterns (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), N2 sorption-desorption, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission spectrometer (ICP-AES), X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XPS), Temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia (NH3-TPD), Ultraviolet visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS) and Temperature programmed reduction (TPR). The analysis results indicate that the high activities of Cu-SAPO-34 catalysts could be attributed to the enhancement of redox property, the formation of mesopores and the more acid sites. Furthermore, the kinetic results verify that the formation of mesopores remarkably reduces diffusion resistance and then improves the accessibility of reactants to catalytically active sites. The 1.0-Cu-SAPO-34 catalyst exhibited the high NO conversion (〉90%) among the wide activity temperature window in the range of 150- 425℃.

氮氧化物(NO_x)是主要的大气污染物之一,与光化学烟雾、全球气候变暖等环境问题密切相关.随着汽车产业的高速发展,柴油车排放尾气中的NOx脱除成为国内外尾气催化净化领域最突出的难点之一.其中氨气选择性催化还原技术(NH_3-SCR)由于其高效率、低成本的特征已成为主要的移动源脱硝技术.目前,实际应用中最广泛的是V_2O_5-WO_3(MoO_3)/TiO_2催化剂,然而一些不可避免的因素仍然存在,比如V具有较强的毒性,较高的操作温度,较窄的活性温度窗口以及易将SO_2氧化为SO_3导致催化剂表面会有大量的硫酸盐沉积而失活等.因此很有必要开发一种无钒SCR催化剂.近年来,分子筛负载过渡金属作为催化剂引起了研究者的广泛兴趣,其中Cu-CHA分子筛催化剂因其高SCR活性,高N2选择性,较宽的温度窗口以及优异的稳定性引起研究者的广泛关注.就Cu/SAPO-34而言,传统的制备方法是利用离子交换法将Cu离子引入到SAPO-34微孔孔道中,然而由于微孔会限制Cu离子的分布,导致绝大多数Cu优先分布在分子筛外表面,从而限制了其活性发挥.Martínez-Franco课题组利用双模板一步法成功制备了Cu-SAPO-34催化剂,提高了分子筛中活性Cu离子数目.Peden课题组发现在NOx的NH_3-SCR反应中Cu-SAPO-34催化剂存在低温动力学限制.因此开发一种具有丰富介孔的多级孔Cu-SAPO-34催化剂势在必行.我们利用一步水热晶化法成功制备了一系列具有丰富介孔的Cu-SAPO-34催化剂.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、氮气吸附-脱附、X射线衍射(XRD)、^(27)Al核磁共振(Al-NMR)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)、电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)和电子顺磁共振(EPR)等表征手段研究了Cu-SAPO-34多级孔催化剂的物理化学性质.XRD测试结果证实,H-Cu-SAPO-34催化剂具有典型的CHA结构.TEM�

NH_3-SCR denitration catalyst performance over vanadium–titanium with the addition of Ce and Sb被引量:17

Selective catalytic reduction technology using NH3 as a reducing agent(NH3-SCR) is an effective control method to remove nitrogen oxides. TiO2-supported vanadium oxide catalysts with different levels of Ce and Sb modification were prepared by an impregnation method and were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET), Transmission electron microscopy(TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS), Raman and Hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR). The catalytic activities of V5 CexS by/TiO2 catalysts for denitration were investigated in a fixed bed flow microreactor. The results showed that cerium, vanadium and antimony oxide as the active components were well dispersed on TiO2, and the catalysts exhibited a large number of d-d electronic transitions, which were helpful to strengthen SCR reactivity. The V5 CexS by/TiO2 catalysts exhibited a good low temperature NH3-SCR catalytic activity. In the temperature range of 210 to 400℃, the V5 CexS by/TiO2 catalysts gave NO conversion rates above 90%. For the best V5Ce35Sb2/TiO2 catalyst, at a reaction temperature of 210℃, the NO conversion rate had already reached 90%. The catalysts had different catalytic activity with different Ce loadings. With the increase of Ce loading, the NO conversion rate also increased.

钾调变Mo/SBA-15催化剂用于乙烷选择氧化制乙醛(英文)被引量:4

采用两步浸渍法制备钾改性的Mo/SBA-15催化剂.采用N2吸附,X射线衍射(XRD),透射电镜(TEM),紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱,拉曼(Raman)光谱,NH3程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD),CO2程序升温脱附(CO2-TPD),H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等手段表征催化剂的物理化学性质.研究结果表明,在Mo0.75/SBA-15中添加K之后,有新物种钾钼酸盐生成,并且当K/Mo的摩尔比不同时,钼物种的存在状态也不同.添加钾之后,催化剂的活性和总醛(甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛)的选择性均有所提高,并且受钾的添加量影响.在575°C时,在K0.25-Mo0.75/SBA-15催化剂上醛的收率可高达8.5%(摩尔分数).

Selective oxidation of ethane to aldehydes over SBA-15 supported molybdenum catalyst被引量:1

SBA-15 supported Mo catalysts (Moy/SBA-15) were prepared by an ultrasonic assisted incipient-wetness impregnation method. The physical and chemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by means of N2-adsorption-desorption, XRD, TEM, UV-Vis, Raman, XANES and H2-TPR. The results showed that a trace amount of MoO3 was produced on high Mo content samples. Tum-over frequency (TOF) and product selectivity are dependent on the molybdenum content. Both Mo0.75/SBA-15 and Mo1.75/SBA-15 catalysts give the higher catalytic activity and the selectivity to the total aldehydes for the selective oxidation of C2H6. At the reaction temperature of 625℃, the maximum yield of aldehydes reached 4.2% over Mo0.75/SBA-15 catalyst. The improvement of the activity and selectivity was related with the state of MoOx species.
