蒙古国摇蚊分类学的研究进展及名录被引量:3

摇蚊科(Chironomidae)是一种遍布世界各大动物地理分布区的双翅目昆虫。摇蚊的研究不但与当今全球蓬勃发展的水环境保护和水产养殖科研及生产实践密切相关,同时一些种类可携带病原体引起鼻炎、哮喘等过敏反应。蒙古国位于古北区东部,其摇蚊分类研究基础较差且无系统的分类学研究。蒙古国摇蚊科经历了近40年的研究与发展,据已有资料统计,蒙古国目前已记载摇蚊269种,隶属于6个亚科。介绍了蒙古国摇蚊的研究历史和现状,提供了蒙古国摇蚊最新名录,为今后的摇蚊分类学研究提供资料。

黄羽摇蚊Chironomus flaviplumus Tokunaga幼虫龄期的研究被引量:4

[目的]探寻黄羽摇蚊Chironomus flaviplumus Tokunaga幼虫最佳分龄形态指标并判断其龄数,准确区分其幼虫龄期。[方法]本文采用实验室内人工养殖定期取样观察的方法,分别测量了不同发育阶段摇蚊幼虫的头壳长、颏中齿顶端至冠突前缘间距离、头壳宽、颏宽、颏中齿宽、触角长、触角基节长、触角除基节以外2~5节长、上颚长、腹颏板长、腹颏板宽11项形态指标,运用Crosby生长法则、频次分析、回归方法分析对11项形态指标测量数据进行统计分析,选择判定幼虫龄数的最佳形态指标,推断其幼虫的龄数及龄期。[结果]黄羽摇蚊幼虫可分为4个龄期,颏宽为最佳的分龄形态指标,1~4龄幼虫的颏宽(μm)分别为(30.9008±0.3253),(52.2114±0.7172),(98.6165±0.6146),(171.2985±0.5582)。幼虫颏宽(y)与龄期(x)的回归方程为y=0.1971x^3+11.365x^2-14.163x+33.502,R^2=0.9827。另外,Y2(颏中齿顶端至冠突前缘间距离)、Y5(颏中齿宽)和Y9(上颚长)也可以作为分龄的辅助指标。选取颏宽对各龄期持续时间进行推测,得出1~4龄幼虫的龄期分别为2~3、2~4、5~6、7d,幼虫期共为16~20d。[结论]黄羽摇蚊幼虫具有4个龄期,颏宽为最佳分龄形态指标,幼虫期共为16~20d。

Dicrotendipes weiqiangensis sp. nov.(Diptera:Chironomidae) from Zhejiang, China被引量:1

Dicrotendipes weiqiangensis sp. nov. from Xianju National Park, Zhejiang, China is described and nominated. This new species is morphologically most similar to D. nudus Qi, Lin Wang, 2012. It can be distinguished from the known species in the genus by R_(4+5) without seta and the shape of the superior volsella, which is semi-triangular viewed dorsally and spherical viewed laterally. Diagnostic characteristics of the male imago(e.g., wing, hypopygium, anal point and superior volsella) are illustrated. A key to the males of Dicrotendipes in China is also provided.

Polypedilum (Tripodura) cypellum sp. nov. from Xishan Island, Zhejiang Province is described. The new species is most similar to P. (T.) harteni Andersen & Mendes, 2010 morphologically. It can be distinguished from the known species in this genus by the goblet-shaped superior volsella. Diagnostic characters of the male imago (wing, fore tibial apex, hypopygium and superior volsella) are illustrated.

A new species of the genus Stenochironomus Kieffer(Diptera: Chironomidae) from Xianju National Park,Zhejiang Province, China被引量:1

Stenochironomus xianjuensis sp. nov. from Xianju National Park, Zhejiang Province, China, is described. The new species is morphologically similar to S. koreanus Borkent, 1984. It can be distinguished from known species in the genus by the following combination of characters: wing with two dark spots surrounding RM and FCu; superior volsella short and small, spatulate, with 4 long setae; inferior volsella elongate, with 3 long setae and a slender terminal spine, posterior margin of tergite IX with 8-10 setae and 8 spines.

A new species, Polypedilum(Polypedilum) xianjuensis sp. nov. collected from the Xianju National Park, Zhejiang Province is described and illustrated. The new species is characterized by dark brown body coloration, small antennal ratio(0.60–0.88) and superior volsella without lateral seta.

淀山湖大型底栖动物群落结构及其与环境因子的关系被引量:19

为了解淀山湖大型底栖动物群落结构特征及其与环境因子的关系,于2014-2015年对淀山湖11个采样点的大型底栖动物按季度进行8次调查,同时对12项水环境指标进行监测。结果表明,大型底栖动物共计47种,其中寡毛类4种(9%),多毛类4种(9%),甲壳类6种(13%),摇蚊幼虫18种(38%),软体动物12种(26%),其他3种。河蚬Corbicula fluminea为第一优势种(IRI=41.26),其次为疣吻沙蚕Tylorrhynchus heterochaetus(5.23)、红裸须摇蚊Propsilocerus akamusi(3.17)、霍甫水丝蚓Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri(2.37)、日本旋卷蜾蠃蜚Corophium volutator(2.1)、寡鳃齿吻沙蚕Nephtys oligobranchia(1.92)、三角石缨虫Laonome triangularis(1.92)、太湖裸须摇蚊Propsilocerus taihuensis(1.43)。底栖动物密度存在显著的空间差异和季节变化,空间上,其最高值主要集中在湖心区,平均密度为385个/m^2,湖口区次之,为343.2个/m^2,湖湾区平均密度最小,为252.3个/m^2;大型底栖动物的密度在冬季最大,秋季最小,冬季出现大量的红裸须摇蚊。全年与四季的底栖动物密度和水质数据冗余分析(RDA)以及经蒙特卡罗置换检验(Monte Carlo)表明,淀山湖水体的电导率(SPC)、水温(WT)、总氮(TN)、高锰酸钾指数(COD_(Mn))和溶解氧(DO)是影响底栖动物群落分布关键的环境因子。

A newly-recorded genus Psilometriocnemus S?ther(Diptera: Chironomidae) from the Oriental Region of China with description of a new species

The genus Psilometriocnemus Saether is newly-recorded from the Oriental Region of China. One new species Psilometriocnemus scetheri sp. nov. is described and illustrated as the male imago. The new species is characterized by a robust anal point, reduced inferior volsella and crista dorsalis. The generic diagnosis of the genus is emended and a key to adult males of Psilometriocnemus worldwide is presented.

Nostocoladius, a newly recorded subgenus of Cricotopus van der Wulp(Diptera: Chironomidae) from Oriental Region

The subgenus Nostocoladius of Cricotopus is recorded in Oriental China for the first time. The detail redeseription of Cricotopus (Nostocoladius) lygropis Edwards is presented. C. (N..) seiryuabeus Sasa, Suzuki & Sakai is treated as a junior synonym of C. (N.) lygropis. A key to the known male imagines in the world of the subgenus Nostocoladius is given.
