介绍了软接触电磁连铸技术并分析了其作用原理,该技术可有效提高铸坯的表面质量,着重分析探讨了工业上实现钢的软接触电磁连铸在结晶器结构、材质以及电磁场参数等方面需要解决的关键问题,并介绍了该技术的最新研究成果:高频调幅磁场电磁连铸技术和无结晶器振动的电磁连铸技术。

外力场下超微细颗粒及簇团微观结构的研究进展

简述了近年来国内外超微细颗粒结构特征及其聚团机理的研究进展,这些特征包括:径向分布函数、分形维数、配位数等系统静态结构性质和在流体媒介中外力场作用下超微细颗粒的聚团机理等动态性质,最后探讨了超微细颗粒的微观结构研究的发展方向。

改质剂对LATS精炼钢包渣粘度的影响被引量:12

为减少LATS合金化精炼钢包浸渍罩粘渣,研究了LATS精炼前后钢包渣粘度的变化,并分别用CaO+CaF2,CaO+B2O3及Li2O作为钢包渣的改质剂来降低渣粘度.采用旋转柱体法的粘度测试结果表明,LATS合金化精炼钢包渣的粘度高及LATS处理后渣的粘度进一步升高是造成浸渍罩粘渣的主要原因之一.实验所用3种改质剂均能有效降低钢包渣的粘度.在1500℃无改质剂时LATS处理后钢包渣粘度为6Pa-s,当加入10%CaO+CaF2后渣粘度低于3Pa-s,而加入10%CaO+B2O3或加入4%Li2O都可使渣粘度低于2Pa-s.

LATS refining ladle slag modifying with CaO-CaF_2

To reduce the slag sticking onto the snorkel of the ladle during the ladle alloying treatment station (LATS) process, CaO- CaF2 (the mass ratio of CaO/CaF2 is 1:1) was employed as the modifier of the LATS refining ladle slag. The effect of CaO-CaF2 on the melting point, viscosity, and desulfurizing capability of the ladle slag was investigated. The melting point of the unmodified ladle slag is 1439℃. When adding 20wt% CaO-CaF2, the melting point is decreased to 1327℃. At 1500℃. the viscosity of the unmodified ladle slag is 6.5 Pa.s, which can be decreased lower than 2 Pa.s by adding more than 10wt% CaO-CaF2. The experimental results of desulfu- rization of the melts show that the desulfurizing power of the ladle slag can be enhanced by adding CaO-CaF2.

Physical Properties and Regulating Mechanism of Fluoride-Free and Harmless B_2O_3-Containing Mould Flux被引量:9

The flux agents in common mould fluxes were fluoride and sodium oxide, which would do great harm to environments. B2O3 was selected as flux. The physical properties of B2O3-containing mould fluxes were studied. The corresponding physical properties of 37. 91% CAO-43.09% SiO2-5% Al2O3-5% MgO-2% Li20-7% B2O3 mould fluxes were as follows: the melting point was 909℃, the flowing temperature was 1 160℃, the viscosity and surface tension at 1300 ℃ were 0. 4 Pa · s and 0.32 N/m respectively, which could meet the demands for certain kinds of steels for mould fluxes in continuous casting.

Effects of shear rates on radial distribution of different types of heavy particles in light media被引量:2

In order to study distribution properties of different types of heavy particles in light media and to link macro-properties of a system with its micro-structures,radial distribution functions(RDF)of partly charged metallic particles in uni-and bi-polar systems at various shear rates were investigated by Brownian dynamics simulation.The results are good in agreement qualitatively or quantitatively compared with ones in non-polar systems and other works.The investigation indicates that dispersibility of the particles in the uni-polar system of high ionic concentrations is the largest.Therefore,it is the most unfavored to grow into clusters for precipitation.The dispersibility in the bi-polar systems is less than that in uni-polar systems,but larger than that in non-polar systems.Furthermore,all the RDFs at the same shear rates in three systems approach a limit,which implies that a threshold value exists.

超声波与水溶液间作用能够有效地改变溶液中分子间的相互作用力,从而改变溶液的微观结构.这对很多化工、冶金过程,如液-液提取,熔液(液-固过程)除杂、电积、催化过程以及其他很多动力学过程都有巨大的强化作用.主要从超微细颗粒制备、熔液凝集去杂、提取、化学反应几个方面论述了超声波对化工过程的强化作用,特别强调了超声波的空化效应和对多颗粒系统簇团分布的控制作用及其机理.目的在于引起学界和业界对这一重要过程强化工具的关注.并认为将这一重要的过程强化工具在化工冶金界大规模推广,虽然近期尚不具备条件,但其前景是光明的.

电磁连铸用高频磁场内磁感应强度的分布被引量:11

用小线圈法测定了等幅高频磁场和调幅高频磁场内的磁感应强度,两种磁场的磁感应强度在空间分布的规律基本相同,即同一高度平面上沿径向方向从线圈中心至边缘其磁感应强度依次增加,在线圈高度方向上,磁感应强度在线圈高度的1/2附近达到最大值。等幅高频磁场的磁感应强度随高频电源输出电流的增加而增加,磁场调幅处理能提高磁场内的磁感应强度,提高调幅波信号的幅值电压,可有效提高磁场内的磁感应强度。

BaO和Li_2O对CaO基脱硫精炼渣熔点和粘度的影响被引量:14

以CaO(bal)-SiO2(22.4%)-Al2O3(11.6%)-CaF2(10%)精炼渣作为基础渣系,用BaO、Li2O替代其中等量的CaO含量,固定(CaO+RxO)/SiO2=2.5(RxO代表BaO或者Li2O),对该脱硫精炼渣系的熔点和粘度进行了研究。结果显示在传统的CaO基熔渣中加入BaO、Li2O可以降低渣系的熔点和粘度,有效地改善了渣钢反应的动力学条件。当(BaO,Li2O)=15%时,熔渣的熔点分别为1267℃和1185℃,远低于不加添加剂时的熔点1326℃,当温度为1475℃时,熔渣粘度分别为0.98Pa·s和0.51Pa·s,远小于不加添加剂时的粘度1.79Pa·s,使渣系具有良好的流动性和熔化性能。

Effect of Additives on Melting Point of LATS Refining Ladle Slag被引量:3

To avoid slag sticking on the ladle immersion cover during the LATS refining and alloying process, the effect of Al2O3 on the melting point of the ladle slag was studied and the additives including CaF2, B2O3, Li2O, and CaO were used to decrease the melting point of the ladle slag. The melting point was measured using the hemisphere method. The results show that the addition of Al2O3 to the ladle slag increases the melting point. The fluxing action is not remarkable if only CaF2 or CaO is used as the additive. The fluxing action of the composite additive obtained by the mixing of CaO and CaF2 in the mass proportion of ωCaO:ωCaF2=2 : 1 is preferred. The fluxing action of B2O3 is also notable. When the B2O3 content in mass percent is in the range from 2% to 10%, the corresponding melting point is 1 380 ℃ to 1 290℃. The fluxing action of Li2O is the most remarkable. When the Li2O content is up to 5%, the melting point of the slag is lower than 1 300 ℃.
