Preparation of chitosan-Epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate nanoparticles and their inhibitory effect on the growth of breast cancer cells

In this paper,we prepared the nanoparticle drug carrier system between nanoparticles chitosan and Epigallocatechin-3 O-gallate(EGCG)for breast cancer cell inhibiting application.For this drug carrier system,chitosan acts as a carrier and EGOG as a drug.Which were systematically characterized and thoroughly evaluated in terms of their inhibition rate and biocompatibility.We also did a cell scratch test and the result indicated that the chitosan EGCG nanoparticles have inhibitory effect on the growth of breast cancer cells.The inhibition rate could reach up to 21.91%.This work revealed that the modification of nanopartidles paved a way for specific biomedical applications.

光场强度分布对鬼成像成像质量的影响被引量:1

鬼成像的优越性使其应用前景非常广泛,而其成像质量是决定鬼成像实用化的重要因素之一。在鬼成像系统中,光源性质是影响鬼成像成像质量的重要因素。通过数值模拟与实验,验证了光场的空间结构的分布与一阶统计分布对鬼成像的成像质量的影响。并通过对比度和衬噪比这两个指标来衡量鬼成像的成像质量,发现光场的一阶统计性质对成像质量的影响尤为明显。将光场的统计分布调制为均匀分布时,能够显著提高了图像的对比度和衬噪比,因此可以只通过调节光场的一阶统计分布而提高鬼成像的成像质量。

杨-巴克斯特自旋1/2链模型的量子关联研究被引量:1

量子系统各部分间的量子关联可以作为量子信息应用研究的基础资源.而量子失协是度量量子关联大小的物理量.由此研究杨-巴克斯特自旋1/2链模型的量子关联情况.首先利用两个杨-巴克斯特方程的解得到相应的杨-巴克斯特自旋1/2链模型.然后,计算分析热平衡时杨-巴克斯特自旋1/2链模型的量子失协、几何量子失协和量子纠缠随着温度和外磁场的变化情况.结果表明对于杨-巴克斯特自旋1/2链模型,量子失协和几何量子失协能够比量子纠缠更好地度量量子关联.

Spontaneous emission from a microwave-driven four-level atom in an anisotropic photonic crystal

The spontaneous emission from a microwave-driven four-level atom embedded in an anisotropic photonic crystal is studied. Due to the modified density of state(DOS) in the anisotropic photonic band gap(PBG) and the coherent control induced by the coupling fields, spontaneous emission can be significantly enhanced when the position of the spontaneous emission peak gets close to the band gap edge. As a result of the closed-loop interaction between the fields and the atom,the spontaneous emission depends on the dynamically induced Autler–Townes splitting and its position relative to the PBG.Interesting phenomena, such as spectral-line suppression, enhancement and narrowing, and fluorescence quenching, appear in the spontaneous emission spectra, which are modulated by amplitudes and phases of the coherently driven fields and the effect of PBG. This theoretical study can provide us with more efficient methods to manipulate the atomic spontaneous emission.

Influence of random phase modulation on the imaging quality of computational ghost imaging被引量:4

In this paper, we investigated phase modulation-based computational ghost imaging. According to the results of numerical simulations, we found that the range of the random phase affects the quality of the reconstructed image. Besides,compared with those amplitude modulation-based computational ghost imaging schemes, introducing random phase modulation into the computational ghost imaging scheme could significantly improve the spatial resolution of the reconstructed image, and also extend the field of view.
