张紧式系泊桁架式Spar平台纵荡-横荡-垂荡固有运动特性研究

针对深海桁架式Spar平台,考虑三点张紧式系泊定位,研究其纵荡、横荡和垂荡三个自由度的固有运动特性.考虑纤维缆索的材料非线性与几何非线性特性,对缆索力学平衡方程重新推导计算系泊缆索张力与位移的变化关系.采用准静态方法,建立考虑系泊作用的平台耦合系统纵荡、横荡和垂荡运动方程,数值求解平台固有运动特性,并讨论系泊条件对平台自振特性的影响.结果表明,在平台小幅运动下,系泊回复力与位移基本呈线性关系,但随着平台位移的增大,系泊回复力随位移变化开始表现出一定的非线性;系泊条件的改变将会改变平台水平运动的固有频率;系泊系统对垂荡运动的固有特性影响不大.

Internal Resonances for Heave, Roll and Pitch Modes of A Spar Platform Considering Wave and Vortex-Induced Loads in the Main Roll Resonance被引量:3

We present a study of the nonlinear coupling internal resonance for the heave roll and pitch performance of a spar platform under the wave and vortex-induced loads when the ratio of the frequencies of heave, roll and pitch are approximately 2:1:1. In consideration of varying wet surface, the three DOFs nonlinear coupled equations are established for the spar platform under the effect of the first-order wave loads in the heave and pitch, and vortexinduced loads in the roll. By utilizing the method of multi-scales when the vortex-induced frequency is close to the natural roll frequency, the first-order perturbation solution is obtained analytically and further validated by the numerical integration. Sensitivity analysis is performed to understand the influence of the damping and the internal detuning parameter. Two cases with internal resonance are shown. The first case is that no saturation phenomenon exists under small vortex-induced loads. The first order perturbation solution illustrates that only the vortex-induced frequency motion in roll and the super-harmonic frequency motion in heave are excited. The second case is that the vortex-induced loads are large enough to excite the pitch and a saturation phenomenon in the heave mode follows.The results show that there is no steady response occurrence for some cases. For these cases chaos occurs and large amplitudes response can be induced by the vortex-induced excitation.

水深对软刚臂单点系泊FPSO动力响应的影响被引量:10

系泊系统的定位能力是浅水油田作业的软刚臂式单点系泊FPSO安全作业的重要保障,为研究不同水深/吃水比下单点系泊系统的受力性能,针对一艘16万吨级软刚臂单点系泊FPSO,在线性三维势流理论的基础上,基于多体动力学方法,建立FPSO-系泊腿-软刚臂的耦合模型,采用Newman近似法和Pinkster近似法分析了FPSO所受二阶波浪力,在时域内计算了不同水深/吃水比对系泊系统动力响应性能的影响。结果表明,随着水深/吃水比的增加,Newman近似法计算得到二阶波浪力先增大后减小,引起单点系泊系统载荷先增大后减小;而Pinkster近似法计算得到的二阶波浪力逐渐减下,引起单点载荷逐渐减下。在浅水条件下,Pinkster近似法具有较好的适用性,Newman近似法严重低估了FPSO所受的二阶波浪力;在深水条件下,Newman近似法能满足工程计算的要求;适用两种方法的临界水深/吃水比为1.64。

浅水FPSO限位作业系泊分析被引量:11

以浅水单点系泊装置水下软钢臂维修解脱为背景,研究在拖轮限位状态下FPSO运动与限位缆绳张力。计算在不同水深及浪向条件下,FPSO的二阶传递函数(QTF);分别应用Newman近似方法、全QTF法以及使用部分QTF值的方法,计算FPSO时域低频波浪载荷,并对其限位响应进行对比;计算不同长度时的限位缆绳张力响应,分析限位缆绳长度及FPSO波频运动对缆绳张力的影响。分析表明:Newman近似的适用性,应根据FPSO的QTF与海浪谱能量集中范围综合判断;为减少QTF计算量,可根据FPSO低频运动固有频率,确定频率间隔△ω的计算上限,采用部分QTF值计算低频波浪载荷,其响应预报结果与全QTF法接近;若FPSO的RAO能够避开海浪谱能量集中的频率范围,则在限位分析中可忽略FPSO波频运动的影响。

八角形FPSO串靠外输系统耦合动力响应分析被引量:5

针对100 m作业水深的八角形FPSO,提出采用穿梭油轮串靠的外输方案,研究串靠外输在南海的适用性。建立由八角形FPSO及其系泊系统、穿梭油轮及FPSO与穿梭油轮之间的系泊大缆等组成的浮式多体动力学模型,根据多浮体动力学理论进行耦合时域模拟。在外输海况条件下,分析了串靠连接的环境适应性及研究大缆载荷的响应特性,对连接大缆的长度、刚度等关键参数进行了敏感性分析。研究表明,串靠外输的形式对于八角FPSO具有足够的安全性和可靠性,系泊大缆受到明显的冲击张力,张力的幅值受大缆的长度和刚度影响较大。

Effects of Second-Order Sum-and Difference-Frequency Wave Forces on the Motion Response of a Tension-Leg Platform Considering the Set-down Motion被引量:2

This paper presents a study on the motion response of a tension-leg platform(TLP) under first-and second-order wave forces, including the mean-drift force, difference and sum-frequency forces. The second-order wave force is calculated using the full-field quadratic transfer function(QTF). The coupled effect of the horizontal motions, such as surge, sway and yaw motions, and the set-down motion are taken into consideration by the nonlinear restoring matrix. The time-domain analysis with 50-yr random sea state is performed. A comparison of the results of different case studies is made to assess the influence of second-order wave force on the motions of the platform. The analysis shows that the second-order wave force has a major impact on motions of the TLP. The second-order difference-frequency wave force has an obvious influence on the low-frequency motions of surge and sway, and also will induce a large set-down motion which is an important part of heave motion. Besides, the second-order sum-frequency force will induce a set of high-frequency motions of roll and pitch. However, little influence of second-order wave force is found on the yaw motion.

Nonlinear Random Motion Analysis of A Tension Leg Platform Consider- ing the Set-down Motion of A Floating Body被引量:2

The dynamic analysis of a Tension Leg Platform(TLP) in random wave is investigated by considering the set-down of a floating body.The nonlinear restoring stiffness is derived with the set-down motion of a floating body and the coupled motion of the tension leg and platform and the differential equations of the motion are established.The study focuses on the influence of the set-down motion on the nonlinear response of the platform.By considering different significant wave heights and currents,motion responses of the platform are calculated and compared.The analysis shows that the set-down motion significantly increases the heave motion with low frequency and the equilibrium position of the heave motion with the set-down motion is much lower than that without set-down motion.The results in this paper indicate that the set-down motion has a major impact on the safety of the platform inproduction operation,and it is also a threat to the strength of tension legs and risers.

Parametric Instability Analysis of Deepwater Top-Tensioned Risers Considering Variable Tension Along the Length被引量:1

Parametric instability of a riser is caused by fluctuation of its tension in time due to the heave motion of floating platform. Many studies have tackled the problem of parametric instability of a riser with constant tension. However, tension in the riser actually varies linearly from the top to the bottom due to the effect of gravity. This paper presents the parametric instability analysis of deepwater top-tensioned risers(TTR) considering the linearly varying tension along the length. Firstly, the governing equation of transverse motion of TTR under parametric excitation is established. This equation is reduced to a system of ordinary differential equations by using the Galerkin method. Then the parametric instability of TTR for three calculation models are investigated by applying the Floquet theory. The results show that the natural frequencies of TTR with variable tension are evidently reduced, the parametric instability zones are significantly increased and the maximum allowable amplitude of platform heave is much smaller under the same damping; The nodes and antinodes of mode shape are no longer uniformly distributed along the axial direction and the amplitude also changes with depth, which leads to coupling between the modes. The combination resonance phenomenon occurs as a result of mode coupling, which causes more serious damage.

Heave-Roll-Pitch Coupled Nonlinear Internal Resonance Response of a Spar Platform Considering Wave and Vortex Exciting Loads被引量:2

Many studies have been done on the heave-pitch unstable coupling response for a spar platform by a 2-DOF model.In fact,in addition to the heave and pitch which are in one plane,the nonlinear unstable motion will also occur in roll.From the results of the experiments,the unstable roll motion plays a dominant role in the motion of a spar platform which is much stronger than that of pitch.The objective of this paper is to study 3-DOF coupling response performance of spar platform under wave and vortex-induced force.The nonlinear coupled equations in heave,roll and pitch are established by considering time-varying wet surface and coupling.The first order steady-state response is solved by multi-scales method when the incident wave frequency approaches the heave natural frequency.Numerical integration of the motion equations has been performed to verify the first-order perturbation solution.The results are confirmed by model test.There is a saturation phenomenon associated with heave mode in 3-DOF systems and all extra energy is transferred to roll and pitch.It is observed that sub-harmonic response occurs in roll and pitch when the wave force exceeds a certain value.The energy distribution in roll and pitch is determined by the initial value and damping characteristics of roll and pitch.The energy transfers from heave to pitch and then transfers from pitch to roll.Due to the influence of the low-frequency vortex-excited force,the response of roll is more complicated than that of pitch.
