Application of a novel redox-active electrolyte in MnO_2-based supercapacitors被引量:3

This paper reports a novel strategy for preparing redox-active electrolyte through introducing a redox-mediator(p-phenylenediamine,PPD) into KOH electrolyte for the application of ball-milled MnO 2-based supercapacitors.The morphology and compositions of ball-milled MnO 2 were characterized using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The electrochemical properties of the supercapacitor were evaluated by cyclic voltammetry(CV),galvanostatic charge-discharge(GCD),and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) techniques.The introduction of p-phenylenediamine significantly improves the performance of the supercapacitor.The electrode specific capacitance of the supercapacitor is 325.24 F g-1,increased by 6.25 folds compared with that of the unmodified system(44.87 F g-1) at the same current density,and the energy density has nearly a 10-fold increase,reaching 10.12 Wh Kg-1.In addition,the supercapacitor exhibits good cycle-life stability.

花状Bi2WO6光催化剂的制备及性能研究被引量:13

采用简单水热法制备了具有三维花状结构的斜方晶Bi2WO6光催化剂,利用XRD、SEM、BET等分析技术对催化剂的结构和形貌进行了表征。考察了反应时间、Bi2WO6加入量、染料罗丹明B初始浓度和光源对罗丹明B光催化降解效果的影响。实验结果表明,180℃下水热12h合成的Bi2WO6催化剂,在加入量为2g/L,溶液pH为6.5,并以模拟日光500W氙灯(不加滤光片)为光源,光照30min内,对浓度为10mg/L的罗丹明B去除率最高达99.6%。水热制备的花状Bi2WO6具有较高的光催化活性。

一种新型氧化还原活性凝胶电解质在超级电容器中的应用被引量:4

以2-巯基吡啶(PySH)为氧化还原活性介质,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为聚合物基体,采用溶液共混法制备了PVA-H2SO4-PySH凝胶电解质,研究了PySH添加量对凝胶电解质离子电导率的影响,并组装了活性炭电极超级电容器,利用循环伏安、恒流充放电、交流阻抗谱和自放电等测试对超级电容器电化学性能进行了表征。结果表明,PySH的引入提高了凝胶电解质的离子电导率,同时也改善了超级电容器的电化学性能,在相同电流密度下,超级电容器电极比电容由137F/g提高为394F/g,能量密度由3.6Wh/kg提高到12.4Wh/kg,经过3000次充放电循环后比电容保持率为89%。

TiO_2-I^-/γFe_2O_3磁性复合催化剂的制备及性能被引量:2

以四氧化三铁、钛酸四丁酯和氢碘酸等为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一种新型磁性复合催化剂TiO2-I–/γFe2O3。通过X射线衍射分析、热重差热分析、透射电镜以及红外光谱进行分析,研究了热处理时间、温度以及碘掺杂量对光催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:最佳碘掺杂量为0.5%,烧结温度为400℃,最佳烧结时间为0.5h,材料对甲基橙的降解率达99%,3次循环使用后甲基橙的降解率仍保持在80%。

从柔性基底的选择、低温法制备纳米晶TiO2薄膜、柔性对电极等几个方面介绍了柔性DSSC的研究进展,重点评述了纳米晶TiO2薄膜低温制备技术,如低温烧结法、微波烧结法、水热法、紫外光照射法和加压法等的优缺点,并展望了柔性DSSC未来的研究方向。

柔性染料敏化太阳能电池光阳极的制备及其应用被引量:15

采用水热法将商用二氧化钛(P25)、无水乙醇和蒸馏水置于高压釜中搅拌分散,得到二氧化钛浆体.采用刮涂法在ITO/PEN衬底上低温制备了柔性光阳极和染料敏化太阳能电池,进行SEM,UV-vis,FTIR和电池光电性能等表征和测试,分析不同条件对柔性太阳能电池性能的影响.结果表明,在185℃高压釜中水热处理12h制备的二氧化钛浆体,稳定性高,均匀性好.所组装的柔性染料敏化太阳能电池在100mW/cm2模拟太阳光照下,光电转换效率达到3.4%.

Influence of surfactants on the morphology and photocatalytic activity of Bi_2WO_6 by hydrothermal synthesis被引量:6

The flower-like microsphere Bi2WO6 with an average diameter of 2.5 μm is synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method in the presence of surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) or polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP).The crystalline phase,compositions,morphology,microstructure,surface area and band gap energy of the Bi2WO6 are characterized by X-ray diffraction,X-ray energy-dispersive spectrum,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and absorption spectra.It is found that surfactant has a significant influence on the microstructure and properties of the samples.The surfactant SDS enhances the surface area and photocatalytic activity of Bi2WO6,while the surfactant PVP has an opposite effect.Under Xe lamp irradiation,the Bi2WO6 sample prepared in the presence of SDS can degrade dye Rhodamine B (RhB) effectively.

柔性染料敏化太阳能电池多孔纳米TiO_2薄膜的制备被引量:3

以商用二氧化钛(P25)为原料,无水乙醇和蒸馏水为分散剂,并加入少量的异丙氧醇钛(TTIP)制备二氧化钛浆体.水热前,延长浆体搅拌时间对抑制薄膜的开裂有一定作用,实验发现搅拌48h较为合适.少量的TTIP加入后,TiO2颗粒之间的化学连接性以及TiO2薄膜与基底的黏结性明显增强.研究发现紫外处理TiO2薄膜时间为2h时效果最佳,不仅去除了其中的有机物,而且由此引起的轻微加热对去除薄膜中的少量水分也起了关键作用.经过TEM,XRD,SEM和电池性能的测试及表征,结果显示:TTIP水解生成的是锐钛矿型的TiO2,当加入TTIP的摩尔百分含量为6时,电池性能较好.在100mWcm-2(AM1.5)模拟太阳光辐照下,该电池的光电转换效率达到3.84,开路电压、短路电流和填充因子分别为0.769V,7.20mAcm?2和0.686.

Application of upconversion luminescence in dye-sensitized solar cells被引量:6

An upconversion luminescence powder TiO2:(Er3+,Yb3+) is prepared by a hydrothermal method and used to fabricate dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC).The TiO2:(Er3+,Yb3+) powder undergoes upconversion luminescence,converting infrared light which the dye can not absorb into visible light with wavelengths of 510-700 nm which the dye can absorb,increasing the photocurrent of the DSSC.TiO2:(Er3+,Yb3+) also acts as a p-type dopant,heightening the Fermi level of the oxide film,which increases the photovoltage of the DSSC.The best performance of the DSSC is found when the ratio of TiO2/luminescence powder is 1/3 in the luminescence layer.Under simulated solar irradiation of 100 mW cm-2 (AM 1.5),the DSSC containing TiO2:(Er3+,Yb3+) doping achieves a light-to-electricity energy conversion efficiency of 7.28% compared with 6.41% for the undoped DSSC.

Preparation of Gd_2O_3:Eu^(3+) downconversion luminescent material and its application in dye-sensitized solar cells被引量:5

Gd_2O_3 :Eu^(3+) downconversion luminescent powder was prepared using the homogeneous precipitation method. Its optical properties were analyzed and it was introduced into a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC). As a luminescence medium, Gd_2O_3 :Eu^(3+) improved light harvesting via conversion luminescence and increased the photocurrent of the DSSC. As a p-type dopant insulating rare earth oxides form an energy barrier, and the Gd_2O_3 :Eu^(3+) elevated the energy level of the oxide film and increased the photovoltage. The photoelectric conversion efficiency for a DSSC with Gd_2O_3 :Eu^(3+) doping (6 : 100) reached 7.01%, which was 17.4% higher than the photoelectrical conversion efficiency of a DSSC without Gd 2 O 3 :Eu 3+ doping.
