混凝土中钢筋腐蚀监测传感器的设计

介绍了基于电磁耦合的混凝土中钢筋腐蚀监测传感器的原理和模型,并应用ANSYS软件仿真设计出符合工程需要的腐蚀监测传感器的尺寸和线圈的匝数。根据由ANSYS仿真已得到的线圈电感值和线圈耦合系数,应用PSpice软件仿真设计出钢筋腐蚀监测传感器中其他元件参数的大小。对钢筋腐蚀监测传感器进行了详细的仿真设计,为其实际制作提供重要参数依据。

环境温度和湿度对混凝土中钢筋腐蚀电位影响的试验研究被引量:6

设计了不同钢筋腐蚀率的混凝土试件,试验研究环境温度和湿度对钢筋腐蚀电位的影响。结果表明,钢筋腐蚀电位随环境温度和湿度的增大而减小。根据试验结果拟合分别建立了环境温度和湿度与钢筋腐蚀电位的定量关系,可为现场混凝土中钢筋腐蚀电位检测结果的修正提供依据。

Behavior of Corrosion-Repaired Concrete Beams Reinforced by Epoxy Mortar被引量:1

The performance of concrete beams repaired with epoxy mortar was investigated by constructing twelve beam specimens.All the beam specimens were subjected to a constant current for accelerated corrosion.Six specimens were corroded without subsequent reparation as a control group,and the other six beam specimens were corroded and repaired utilizing epoxy mortar.All specimens were tested to failure.During test process,we focused on the failure pattern of beam specimens,structural cracks,mid-deflections,bearing capacity,and probed into the influence of corrosion degree and repair of epoxy mortar on the performance of beam specimens.It was observed that corrosion-repaired beams in the loading test were in a bending failure pattern.It is obvious that cracking loads and bending stiffness of repaired beams and corrosion-repaired beams were larger than those of unrepaired beams and secondly-corroded beams.When the mass loss of main steel bars was smaller than 10%,the bearing capacity of the repaired beams was similar to that of the unrepaired beams.When the mass loss of main steel bars was larger than 10%,the bearing capacity of the repaired beams increased significantly compared with that of the unrepaired beams.

Relationship Between Corrosion Level of Steel Bar and Diameter of Corroded Sensing Steel Wire in Wireless Sensor

A kind of wireless sensor was previously developed,which is powered and transmit signals wirelessly instead of using an electrical connection to the embedded reinforcement.Based on this technique,the relationship between diameters of corroded sensing steel wires and corrosion levels of steel bars is established by experiments.Quadratic function is utilized to fit the experiment results,and the correlation coefficients are all larger than 0.95.Estimated corrosion levels of commonly used steel bars are given for different diameters of corroded sensing steel wires fractured due to corrosion.

Effect of Curing Age on Chloride Diffusion Coefficient of Recycled Aggregate Concrete Subjected to Compressive Stresses被引量:1

The effect of curing age on chloride diffusion coefficient of recycled aggregate concrete subjected to different compressive stresses was investigated.A compression loading setup was both designed and fabricated.The chloride diffusion coefficients of recycled aggregate concrete under compressive stresses were measured by the rapid chloride ion migration(RCM)method.The experimental results show that the chloride diffusion coefficients of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)under different compressive stress ratios generally decrease with the increase of curing age.For RAC subjected to the same compressive stress ratios,the chloride diffusion coefficients approximately have power functions with curing ages and the relationship models are proposed.Moreover,the influence of curing age on chloride diffusion coefficient firstly decreases and then increases as the compressive stress ratio increases.

腐蚀钢筋再生混凝土板弯曲性能试验研究被引量:2

通过10块不同钢筋腐蚀率、100%再生骨料取代率的再生混凝土简支板静力试验,研究腐蚀钢筋再生混凝土板破坏形态、承载力及跨中挠度。根据试验结果研究了再生混凝土板的承载力和挠度与钢筋腐蚀率的关系,并提出了腐蚀钢筋再生混凝土板承载力计算公式。

锈蚀钢筋与再生混凝土黏结性能试验研究被引量:11

通过5组锈蚀钢筋再生混凝土中心拉拔试件,研究锈蚀钢筋与再生混凝土黏结性能,分析在钢筋锈蚀率、钢筋直径和混凝土强度等因素影响下,锈蚀钢筋与再生混凝土间黏结应力-滑移的本构关系。得到锈蚀钢筋与再生混凝土间的黏结强度影响因子,获取了锈蚀钢筋与再生混凝土的黏结应力-滑移曲线以及黏结区不同位置处钢筋应变的分布规律。结果表明:锈蚀率较小时,自由端发生滑移,试件仍能承受荷载;锈蚀率较大时,自由端出现微小滑移,试件发生劈裂破坏。为了准确得出相同滑移值下不同锚固位置的黏结应力,先拟合出相应位置处黏结应力与滑移值的关系式,再通过代入滑移值计算得出黏结应力,最后建立考虑位置函数的锈蚀钢筋与再生混凝土的黏结应力-滑移本构关系。并与平均黏结应力进行了对比,结果表明拟合值与试验值吻合较好。
