A method for determination of pyraclostrobin in vegetables by UPLC-MS/MS was established.Pyraclostrobin was extracted by acetonitrile and cleaned by Bond Elut PlexaTM PCX cartridges.The analyte was separated with 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate(containing 0.1% formic acid)-acetonitrile as mobile phase and determined by UPLC-MS/MS.The quantitation limit in vegetables was 1.0 ng/kg.When spiked 1-10 ng/kg in vegetables,the mean recovery was over 70%,and the RSDs were less than 12%.
