大豆(Glycine max L.)是典型的短日照植物,光周期反应对开花至关重要。GmLCL2可能是大豆生物钟中的生物振荡器关键基因。为进一步研究GmLCL2基因的功能及与其他生物钟基因的相互作用,本试验克隆了GmLCL2的特异片段,制备了多克隆抗体并对细菌及大豆不同组织进行了免疫印迹检测。试验结果表明,多克隆抗体效价为1∶2000,并且在大豆不同组织(上胚轴、下胚轴、根、茎尖生长点和叶片)中均检测到GmLCL2蛋白的特异表达。获得的GmLCL2多克隆抗体效价较好,特异性较强,为后续GmLCL2功能研究提供良好探针。
