High-performance flexural fatigue of carbon nanotube yarns被引量:3

Carbon nanotube yarns(CNTY)possess good specific strength and specific conductivity.As such,their potential for commercial applications is significant.Fatigue performance is a significant consideration in yarn/wire applications.In this study,the flexural fatigue performance of CNTY spun from super-aligned carbon nanotube arrays was investigated using a reversed bending test.The results showed that CNTY exhibited excellent resistance to pure flexural fatigue,significantly outperforming stainless steel wire;CNTY failed where a combination of flexural fatigue and tension–tension fatigue had special hollow fracture morphology,and CNTY resistance remained fundamentally unchanged in the combination fatigue process.

对2006-2015年美国FDA召回的神经调控类医疗器械产品分析被引量:3

目的:重点分析美国FDA对神经刺激类产品的召回情况,尤其是对深部脑刺激器(DBS)和脊髓刺激器(SCS)这两类高风险的神经调控类医疗器械产品召回信息的特点进行了剖析。方法:对召回级别,召回原因等进行归类分析。结果:Medtronic神经调控部门2006.10.20-2015.1.12,DBS和SCS相关的召回共23条,占Medtronic神经调控部门总召回事件的21.9%。SCS和DBS召回事件集中体现在:设计,生产制造,包装和标签,以及非长期植入辅助部分。其中,非长期植入辅助部分召回事件共7条(30.4%),包装和标签召回事件共6条(26.1%),设计召回事件共6条(26.1%),生产制造召回事件共4条(17.4%)。DBS和SCS总体召回事件维持在较低的水平。St.Jude Medical涉及的召回大部分与充电在神经刺激类产品中的这一新应用相关,其中充电发热值得关注,生产制造的问题也稍显突出。因此,要加强生产制造过程控制。Boston Scientific充电发热和元件失效值得关注。在DBS和SCS产品召回事件中,植入部分软件问题并不突出,但要加强对体外配套产品软件的重视。结论:应加强对医疗器械召回信息的利用,总结FDA召回事件的规律。为我国高端医疗器械产品的审评,检测监测,相关领域研究和产品化提供参考。

有源植入系统的磁耦合能量传输参数优化被引量:1

有源植入式医疗设备的金属外壳在磁耦合能量传输应用中,由于涡流效应而限制了磁耦合能量传输的效率,且带来装置发热问题。针对该问题,该文建立含金属介质的磁耦合能量传输的等效电路模型,提出以接收效率为优化目标的系统设计方法,并用于可充电脑起搏器的研制。根据等效电路模型,接收效率取决于接收线圈匝数、负载阻抗和阻抗匹配参数;较高的等效负载阻抗会带来接收线圈最佳匝数增加,同时导致传输功率、传输效率和接收效率增加;电容串联补偿时,最佳补偿电容在较大值时获得,电容并联补偿时,最佳补偿电容在较小值时获得。动物试验结果表明,所研制的可充电脑起搏器在无温度控制下,最高温度多数分布在36~38℃,满足临床使用要求。

温度与功率双闭环控制的经皮能量传输

经皮能量传输(TET)在近年临床实践中暴露出严重的热伤害风险,引发了多例病人烫伤及大规模的设备召回。针对该问题,该文将体外发射功率调整与体内充电功率调整相结合,提出外环温度控制、内环功率控制的双闭环能量传输方案。根据植入线圈的接收功率调整体外发射功率,确保植入设备接收的能量恰好满足后端电池充电所需,维持稳定能量传输并避免额外功耗及发热;根据植入设备温度调整体内电池充电功率,改变设备的功率需求及发热量,避免热伤害。通过离体、活体实验,验证控制方案的有效性。结果表明,双闭环系统在保障温度安全的同时实现了快速的能量传输,为相关植入式医疗设备提供了一套安全有效的能源解决方案。

Improving the efficiency of magnetic coupling energy transfer byetching fractal patterns in the shielding metals被引量:2

Thin metal sheets are often located in the coupling paths of magnetic coupling energy transfer(MCET) systems. Eddy currents in the metals reduce the energy transfer efficiency and can even present safety risks. This paper describes the use of etched fractal patterns in the metals to suppress the eddy currents and improve the efficiency. Simulation and experimental results show that this approach is very effective. The fractal patterns should satisfy three features, namely, breaking the metal edge, etching in the high-intensity magnetic field region, and etching through the metal in the thickness direction. Different fractal patterns lead to different results. By altering the eddy current distribution, the fractal pattern slots reduce the eddy current losses when the metals show resistance effects and suppress the induced magnetic field in the metals when the metals show inductance effects. Fractal pattern slots in multilayer high conductivity metals(e.g., Cu) reduce the induced magnetic field intensity significantly. Furthermore, transfer power, transfer efficiency, receiving efficiency, and eddy current losses all increase with the increase of the number of etched layers. These results can benefit MCET by efficient energy transfer and safe use in metal shielded equipment.

Characteristics of the induced voltage between deep brain stimulation(DBS) device electrodes by a transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS) device

The combination of deep brain stimulation(DBS) and transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS) is expected to provide additional insights into the pathophysiology of some brain diseases. However, when using TMS in patients with DBS implants, the induced voltage between DBS electrodes presents the greatest risk of brain damage. This paper describes the characteristics of the induced DBS electrode voltage due to TMS. We first examined the TMS stimulus signal and the DBS output impedance characteristics, and then experimentally investigated the induced DBS electrode voltage for various DBS and TMS conditions. The results show that many factors impact the induced electrode voltage. The induced electrode voltage with DBS device working in the unipolar mode is greater than that with DBS device working in the bipolar mode. No matter DBS device is turned on or turned off, the induced electrode voltage is almost the same, but it can provide a significant addition to the original stimulus waveform. There are no significant differences in the induced DBS electrode voltage when the DBS system is working at different stimulus intensities. Lowering the TMS stimulus intensity could effectively reduce the induced DBS electrode voltage. The induced electrode voltage is also strongly related to the position of the TMS coil relative to the DBS lead. This study provides further information about the characteristics of the induced DBS electrode voltage in TMS applications and a reference for the combined use of DBS and TMS.

高风险有源植入式医疗器械标准被引量:7

目的我国当前产业发展呼唤完善的高风险有源植入式医疗器械标准,探讨标准制定的问题和思路。方法分析我国有源植入医疗器械标准现状,对有源植入医疗器械国际标准举例,分析高风险有源植入医疗器械这一蓬勃发展的领域,国际标准制定的问题,思路和趋势。结果依据中国医疗器械产业实际自主研发制定标准的能力,是我国有源植入医疗器械标准当前发展的瓶颈。我国自主研发,具有自主核心技术的有源植入式医疗器械,对应的自主标准研究,正是推动中国标准国际化的契机。结论完善以技术为依托的我国自主创新有源植入式医疗器械标准。结合我国自主研发,在现有国际标准问题基础上深入研究,进一步完善和发展国际标准,进行引领国际标准的高水平技术标准研究。
