Method to determine installing angle of conical point attack pick被引量:4

In order to obtain the determining method of the installing angle and decrease the performance indices (cutting force and wearing rate) of the pick, the relationships among the installing angles (impact angle, inclination angle and the skew angle) were studied, and the static model of installing angles of the pick was built. The relationships among the impact angle, the tip angle of pick and the kinematics parameters of the pick were built, too. Moreover, the mechanic models of the maximum clearance angle and the wearing angle of the pick were set up. To research the relationships of the installing angles and the change law of the wearing angle along with the kinematics parameters, the simulation was done. In order to verify the correctness of the models, the cutting experiments were done by employing two picks with different pick tip angles. The results indicate that, the cutting force is the smallest when the direction of the resultant force of pick follows its axis, and the relationship derived among the installing angles should be satisfied. In addition, to decrease the cutting force and the wearing of the pick, the tip angle of pick should not be larger than the half of the difference between the minimum wearing angle and the impact angle of the pick, and the clearance angle must not be less than zero.

Parameters analysis of shearer drum loading performance被引量:8

Three drums with different helical angles(15°,20°,and 25°) were developed to investigate improved loading performance of the shearer drum.Nine trials were performed at different drum rotation speeds(80,100,and 120 r/min) and different haulage speeds(1.5,2.0,and 2.5 m/min) in an orthogonal test design.Loaded coal quantity and cutting power of the drum were the responses measured under the different conditions.The effect of the parameters was determined by means of the extreme difference method.The significance of the effects was determined by analysis of variance.The results indicate that the effect from changes in the helical vane on loading performance of the drum is the largest in magnitude.The haulage speed has the least affect on loading performance.The helical angle has the least affect on cutting power of the drum.Haulage speed has the largest affect on the cutting power of the drum.

采煤机截割部壳体振动特性分析被引量:9

为避免采煤机截割部壳体在采煤过程中受载荷作用而发生共振,利用Solidworks建立了截割部壳体的模型,并将其导入ANSYS Workbench进行模态分析。本文在分析了截割部系统存在的各种振动频率的基础上,利用模态分析结果对壳体进行振动特性分析和讨论,并对采煤机截割部壳体的结构进行了优化,有效的避开了截割部系统所存在的各种振动频率。研究表明:截割部传动系统和壳体结构的设计都会影响壳体最终的受振情况。此项研究为截割部的进一步改进提供了依据。

Characteristics of different rocks cut by helical cutting mechanism被引量:3

To research the loading characteristic of rocks with different structures cut by helical cutting mechanism (HCM),three different structures of rock (hard-soft-hard rock,soft-hard rock and soft-hard-soft rock) were built.And each type model was further divided into three types when the experiments were carried out.To reduce the errors of cutting load caused by manually configured rock in each test,the cutting load of soft rock was taken as a benchmark,and the differences of the cutting load of the different structures of rocks and the soft rock were used to reflect the cutting load change rules of the HCM.The results indicate that,the cutting load of only the HCM top cutting hard rock is larger than that of only the HCM bottom cutting hard rock for dextral HCM,and the cutting load fluctuation is larger,too.However,when the top and the bottom of the HCM cutting hard rock simultaneously,its cutting load is the largest,but the cutting load fluctuation is the least.And the HCM cutting load increment is increased linearly with the increase of rock compressive strength.The HCM cutting load increment is increased exponentially with the increase of hard rock cutting thickness.

Model test of helical angle effect on coal loading performance of shear drum被引量:4

The work presented in this paper focuses on improving coal loading performance of shear drum.Employing the similarity theory,we carried out a dimensional analysis of the correlation parameters which influence coal loading performance of shear drum.On the basis of similarity criterion,proportional relationship between the model and the prototype was taken on the condition of taking 1/3 as the similarity coefficient.Besides taking 1600 mm drum as the prototype,four helical angle models of shearer drums(15°,18°,21°,24°) were developed.Simultaneously,based on an established cutting test-bed,coal loading performance tests for the four drums were carried out at the same drum rotational and haulage speeds.After analyzing the data of coal-loading performance and torque,we concluded that:both the coal loading performance and torque vary along the track of the parabola with the opening side facing downwards;the best coal loading performance arises when the helical angle is at 19.3°,while the biggest torque arises at 22.1°;and the coal loading performance had nonlinear relationship with the torque.

采煤机滚筒截割复杂煤层的突变分析被引量:2

为研究采煤机滚筒截割复杂煤层时载荷的变化规律,在构造复杂煤层结构形式的基础上进行了实验研究。根据实验载荷建立了截割载荷的本构模型,并建立了不同结构形式煤层的力学模型。同时,根据井下实际工况建立了滚筒截煤的力学模型,基于突变理论建立了截割过程的尖点突变力学模型,获得了滚筒截煤的刚度和能量条件。分析结果表明:煤层的阻侵刚度需大于采煤机牵引系统的刚度,否则采煤机将出现强烈的振动,使得传动系统损坏;同时,煤层破碎所需的能量应不大于截割滚筒的能量释放率,否则采煤机滚筒将出现堵转现象,严重时截割电机将被损害。

采煤机行走机构动态啮合特性分析被引量:26

为分析渐开线采煤机行走轮与Ⅲ型销轨的动态啮合特性,基于ANSYS/LS_DYNA建立行走机构动态啮合过程数值分析模型,以牵引阻力和行走速度为变量研究行走机构动态啮合特性,得到动态啮合时行走速度波动、节线和齿根受力的变化规律.研究结果表明:牵引阻力对行走机构速度波动和节线及齿根受力规律影响显著,随着牵引阻力增大,啮合点在节线附近时对应齿面应力相对较低,但整个啮合过程中应力波动增大;行走速度变化对速度波动持续时间有较大影响;随着行走速度增大,各项载荷峰值呈现先减小后小幅增大的现象,且到达峰值后衰减加剧.

采煤机开关磁阻调速系统的无位置传感器控制技术被引量:7

为实现采煤机控制的数字化,提高采煤机控制的可靠性,解决采煤机无反转启动问题,对采煤机调速系统进行了无位置传感器控制技术的研究,建立了无位置传感器开关磁阻调速系统的硬件和控制模型,研制了无位置传感器控制系统及其实验平台,进行了控制系统的位置精度检测、负载特性和样机测试。试验结果表明:所设计的无位置传感器控制系统,转子位置的估计位置与真实位置之间误差较小,转子位置观测精度很高;负载实验中,对开关磁阻电机的加速和减速进行了测试,其电流、磁链、转子脉冲和角度波形可以较好的进行相切换,并可以很好的控制电机转矩,表明系统控制性能较好;样机测试中,控制系统可以正确的控制采煤机左、右牵引电机,证明了无位置传感器控制系统的可行性和可靠性。

薄煤层采煤机新型截割部及其动态仿真被引量:8

为解决薄煤层采煤机截割部挡煤和动态特性低的问题,在分析现有截割部结构形式的基础上,提出一种新型薄煤层采煤机截割部。该截割部将行星机构外置,放置于滚筒外侧,降低了滚筒筒毂直径,增大了叶片直径,提高了装煤效果。为保证截割部的动态特性,利用Pro/E和ADAMS对常用和该截割部进行仿真对比分析,并以行星架的输出扭转振动角加速度幅值为标准。研究结果表明,该截割部行星架输出扭转振动加速度小于常用截割部,波动较小,表明该截割部的动态特性较优。

冲击载荷作用下块煤的断裂破碎行为研究被引量:4

块煤破碎是获得小粒度煤的主要途径,而冲击破碎是目前广泛使用的块煤破碎方法。用裂纹扩展理论对冲击载荷作用下块煤的断裂破碎行为进行分析,得到块煤内部由应力波导致的裂纹扩展速度和瞬时裂纹长度的函数表示,给出块煤在冲击载荷作用下的断裂破碎准则。选择不同粒度的块煤进行冲击实验,实验结果表明断裂破碎准则可有效判别冲击载荷作用下块煤的断裂破碎情况,可作为冲击破碎机械初步选型的依据。
