Gemini型可降解阳离子表面活性剂制备与应用被引量:5

以环氧氯丙烷、己二酸和十八烷基二甲基胺为反应原料制备Gemini型双酯类阳离子表面活性剂,并通过傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对其结构进行表征。将该表面活性剂应用到棉织物柔软整理中,探讨了其对棉织物的折皱回复角、断裂强力、白度、柔软度、耐磨性以及亲水性等指标的影响,并与传统的织物整理剂双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵(D 1821)进行比较。结果表明,Gemini型阳离子表面活性剂对棉织物的各项整理性能均与传统整理剂D 1821相近,且耐磨性和亲水性更好。

Spectral and self-assembly properties of a series of asymmetrical pyrene derivatives被引量:1

A series of pyrene derivatives with different asymmetrical substituents were successfully synthesized and characterized.The geometrical electronic structures of the asymmetrical pyrene derivatives were performed by density functional theory(DFT) calculations.The results of photophysical spectra and electrochemical analysis indicated that the optical or electric properties of the pyrene derivatives could be tuned by adjust the π-conjugation lengths of the substituents.Furthermore,through a phase exchange self-assembly method,the highly organized morphologies were observed by SEM.

聚合物单晶生长的三维相场模拟研究

利用元胞自动机方法与相场模型的结合建立新型三维模拟相场模型.同时,为模拟真实的、三维的高分子结晶的过程,采用元胞自动机方法离散方程,且元胞几何形状的选取符合真实聚合物晶格扩散方式的物理规律,以及新建立的相场模型套用间规聚丙烯的实验参数.利用该模型模拟了多种三维立方体或者薄层的晶体形貌及其相互之间的演化过程,包括正方形、长方形、菱形、六边形、多层单晶等.通过模拟结果与真实形貌作对比来证明所建立的相场模型真实可靠性.

Synthesis and characterization functionalized poly(ether ether ketone)s with carboxylic groups

A novel type of aromatic poly(ether ether ketone)s with carboxyl groups were prepared by polycondensation of 4,4-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)pentanoic acid with difluoro-monomers.Their molecular structures were determined by 1H-NMR and IR,respectively.Their molecular weights were measured by gel permeation chromatography(GPC),which showed that all the polymers had high molecule weights(>42 000).Due to the long side chains of polymers,all the polymers had good solubility(soluble in NMP,DMAc,THF,etc.).The differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) detected their excellent glass transition temperatures(Tg) up to 195 ℃.The Tg increased with the content of carboxylic units in the polymer chains,because the interactions of H bonds increased with increasing content of carboxylic.The polymers could form transparent and flexible films,which make them a candidate for membrane materials.

Naphthylethyne based liquid crystals with high birefringence and characteristics of selective reflection

A series of high birefringence liquid crystalline molecules with cyano, isothiocyanato and trifluoromethyl terminal compounds based on naphthylethyne core was successfully synthesized and characterized. The molecular structures of the intermediates and resulting compounds were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR), mass spectrometry(MS), and elemental analysis(EA). Their thermal stability, transition temperatures, and phase sequences were investigated by simultaneous thermal analyzer polarized(STA), optical microscopy(POM) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The birefringence was measured by using an Abbe refractometer. In addition, the selective reflection characteristics with naphthylethyne compounds were also studied.

Welding nanofiber and microsphere with carbon dioxide

Two types of micro /nano structures,microsphere and nanofibre,were prepared by electro spinning technique and spray drying technique,with the soluble fluorinated poly ( ether ether ketone) ( 3 F-PEEK) as the matrix. The micro / nano structures were exhibited in the scanning electron microscope ( SEM) micrograghs,and the separated nanofibre and microsphere were observed. The sizes of micro/nano structures were measured by the statistical analysis method. We designed experiments to connect up all the micro / nano structures to form new three dimensional micro / nano structures that were observed by SEM. In the experiments,supercritical carbon dioxide ( CO2 ) was selected as the welding solvent. A series of nanofibers were welded to form three dimensional netlike structures,and the particles were welded to form a porous film. The welding processes were studied by varying the exposure temperature,and the welding mechanism was discussed.
