Effect of Ce-doping on catalysts derived from hydrotalcite-like precursors for COS hydrolysis被引量:3

In order to investigate the effect of Ce-doping on the catalysts derived from hydrotalcite-like precursors for carbonyl sulfide(COS) hydrolysis,a series of Zn-Ni-Al-Ce hydrotalcite-like compounds were prepared by co-precipitation method and the catalytic activity of their derived composite oxides were studied at 50 oC.The effect on the structural properties caused by Ce doping was studied by the X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The catalytic activities results showed that addition of Ce enhanced the catalytic activities significantly,but excessive Ce-doping had a negative effect on COS hydrolysis.XRD,SEM and EDS results illustrated that,compared with the Ce-free sample,the particle size of oxide solids decreased and the degree of dispersion increased due to Ce doping.

Carbon disulfide hydrolysis over Fe-Cu/AC catalyst modified by cerium and lanthanum at low temperature被引量:5

A series of coal-based active carbon(AC) catalysts loaded by Fe-Cu,Fe-Cu-Ce and Fe-Cu-La were prepared by the sol-gel method for carbon disulfide(CS2) hydrolysis and their performances for CS2 hydrolysis in a fixed-bed reactor were investigated in this work.The results showed that the kind of rare earth oxide and its content had obvious effect on hydrolysis removal of CS2.The effects of temperature,space velocity,CS2 concentration and O2 concentration were also discussed respectively.Furthermore,the suitable operating conditions were obtained.It was found that the poisoning of hydrolysis active sites could result in the formation of sulfuric acid on the catalyst surface.

对低温下二硫化碳的催化水解技术进行了总结,包括水解催化剂的研究与开发、催化水解的反应机理和反应动力学、催化剂失活机理3方面。指出通过提高催化剂的碱性来制备高活性的水解催化剂,在低温条件下一步脱除二硫化碳是未来这一领域的研究热点。

改性活性炭水解COS催化剂的再生方法被引量:5

采用BET,SEM和XPS等技术,研究用于COS水解反应的活性炭(AC)负载Fe-Cu催化剂在固定床反应器中的失活与再生行为,重点考察水洗再生、N2热再生以及热再生温度对Fe-Cu/AC催化水解COS活性的影响。研究结果表明:水洗再生虽能洗去反应过程中沉积在催化剂表面的部分可溶性含硫物质,但同时可将表面的碱性基团洗去,使催化剂的水解活性降低;经99.99%N2热再生,催化剂的脱硫活性较强,活性恢复较理想;当再生温度为250~300℃时,催化剂表面的硫酸盐基本被除去,只有少量的单质硫存在;此外,采用N2热再生法可实现Fe-Cu/AC催化剂的多次再生,大大降低了工艺成本。

采用浸渍法制备锰金属氧化物改性活性炭催化剂,从反应温度、空速、水汽含量、羰基硫(COS)质量浓度和稳定性等方面考察催化剂脱硫性能。实验结果表明,该催化剂在温度为40~70℃,空速为1 000~2 500 h-1,相对湿度为2.40%~6.20%,COS质量浓度为0.9~2.5 g/m3下具有较高的脱硫精度;该催化剂适用于黄磷尾气中微量COS的脱除,催化剂中毒的机理可能是COS在脱除过程中氧化生成的硫酸盐毒化了表面碱性羟基活性位。

Catalytic hydrolysis of carbonyl sulfide over modified coal-based activated carbons by loading metal被引量:2

A novel type of metal oxide/activated carbon catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method for the hydrolysis of carbonyl sulfide(COS) .The influences of the calcination temperature,additive content(2.5%-10.0%Fe2O3,mass fraction) and the basic density of the activation process were thoroughly investigated.The surface of catalysts was characterized by Boehm titration.The products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) ,X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) .The results show that catalysts with 2.5%-5.0%Fe2O3 after calcining at 500℃have superior activity.The conversion rate of COS increases with increasing the relative density of basic capacity loaded onto activated carbon(AC) ,and the activity follows the order:KOH>Na2CO3>NaHCO3.Boehm titration data clearly show that the total acidity increases(from 0.06 to 0.48 mmol/g) and the basic groups decrease(from 0.78 to 0.56 mmol/g) after COS hydrolysis and H2S adsorption.The XPS results show that the product of H2S may be absorbed by the interaction with metal compounds and O2 to form sulfate(171.28 eV) and element sulfur(164.44 eV) ,which lead to catalysts poisoning.

类水滑石衍生复合氧化物催化水解羰基硫的研究被引量:8

采用共沉淀法制备了一系列的类水滑石衍生复合氧化物催化剂,利用正交实验设计对催化剂的制备条件进行了优化,研究了金属组合、合成pH、M2+/M3+、二价金属比、焙烧温度和晶化温度等6个因素对羰基硫催化水解过程中催化剂硫容的影响。结果表明,金属组合、二价金属比和焙烧温度的影响极其显著(p=99%),晶化温度的影响显著(p=95%),合成pH与M2+/M3+对催化剂活性影响不显著(p=90%)。在设定实验条件下,金属组合取Co-Ni-Al、合成pH为9,M2+/M3+为3,二价金属比1,焙烧温度取350℃,晶化温度50℃时制得的催化剂具有最高的催化活性。对最佳制备条件下得到的催化剂进行了重复性实验以及XRD表征,结果表明制备的催化剂的硫容为7.10 g硫/g催化剂,Co3O4可能是其活性中心。
