Insights in active pulsing air separation technology for coarse coal slime by DEM-CFD approach被引量:1

To research a novel technology for dry coarse coal slime beneficiation and extend its application, active pulsing air separation technology was investigated by DEM-CFD coupling simulation approach. The results show that the ash content of feed is reduced by 10% 15% and the organic efficiency is up to 91.78% by using the active pulsing air separation technology. The gas solid flow in the active pulsing air classifier was simulated. Meanwhile, the characteristics of particle motion and the separation process of different particles were analyzed, and the mechanical structure of the classifier was also modified to achieve high separation efficiency. Therefore, a novel high-efficiency dry beneficiation technique was advanced for coarse coal slime.

变径水介质分选床是一种新型重力选矿设备,为研究其分选机理,采用ANSYS FLOTRAN软件模拟流场分布情况,得到流场分布规律;对废弃线路板颗粒在变径分选床中的运动进行理论推导,得到颗粒运动位移动力学方程;同时对床体上部气-水界面取样研究,得到结论:分选床顶部气-水界面即为颗粒成为溢流或底流的分界面,并得到相应的分离方程。

CKP磨机粉碎水泥熟料的动力学模型研究被引量:1

本文对水泥熟料在CKP磨机里的破碎行为过程进行了分析,采用累积分布函数表征磨机入料、出料和返料的颗粒分布。根据甲工况6个现场平行样的破碎速率函数相似原理建立了1级破碎动力学模型,并在颗粒分布质量平衡模型的基础上求解破碎速率函数的各个参数值,破碎模型的实际值和预测值的均方根误差都在0.03以下。以上研究表明:整个水泥熟料的破碎过程符合含有一个节点的质量平衡模型,为进一步研究磨机能耗奠定了基础。

Size distribution of wet crushed waste printed circuit boards被引量:4

A wet impact crusher was used to breakdown waste printed circuit boards (PCB's) in a water medium. The relationship between the yield of crushed product and the operating parameters was established. The crushing mechanism was analyzed and the effects of hammerhead style, rotation speed, and inlet water volume on particle size distribution were investigated. The results show that the highest yield of 1 + 0.75 mm sized product was obtained with an inlet water volume flow rate of 5.97 m 3 /h and a smooth hammerhead turning at 1246.15 r/min. Cumulative undersize-product yield curves were fitted to a nonlinear function: the fitting correlation coefficient was greater than 0.998. These research results provide a theoretical basis for the highly effective wet crushing of PCB's.

南非煤有害微量元素干法分选中的迁移特性被引量:2

论文以南非煤的空气重介质流化床干法分选产物为研究对象,对其在干法分选中有害微量元素的迁移特性进行了探索,分析了这些元素在不同粒级产品中的分配情况,从而研究了干法分选对煤中有害微量元素的脱除效果。实验结果表明,对南非煤进行干法分选可以有效地脱除其中的有害微量元素,其中Cr、Cu的脱除率超过50%,As、Mn的脱除率接近50%,Co的脱除率高达39%。空气重介质流化床干法分选可以作为南非煤的一种经济、高效的煤中有害微量元素燃前控污手段。

废弃线路板是电子废弃物资源化研究的热点,介绍了废弃线路板资源化处理方法的进展状况。化学方法能得到最终较纯的产品,但成本高;物理方法成本低、再资源化效果好,但产品需进一步提纯。目前,物理方法在废弃线路板资源化研究中逐渐占主导地位。

Numerical simulation of the pulsing air separation field based on CFD被引量:12

The flow field of pulsing air separation is normally in an unsteady turbulence state.With the application of the basic principles of multiphase turbulent flows,we established the dynamical computational model,which shows a remarkable variation of the unstable pulsing air flow field.CFD(computational fluid dynamics) was used to conduct the numerical simulation of the actual geometric model of the classifier.The inside velocity of the flowing fields was analyzed later.The simulation results indicate that the designed structure of the active pulsing air classifier provided a favorable environment for the separation of the particles with different physical characters by density.We shot the movement behaviors of the typical tracer grains in the active pulsing flow field using a high speed dynamic camera.The displacement and velocity curves of the particles in the continuous impulse periods were then analyzed.The experimental results indicate that the effective separation by density of the particles with the same settling velocity and different ranges of the density and particle size can be achieved in the active pulsing airflow field.The experimental results provide an agreement with the simulation results.

采用Design-Expert 7.1软件对废弃电路板湿法冲击式破碎机能耗试验进行了方案设计和结果分析;拟合出了能耗与试验影响因素之间的定量关系模型,给出了能耗的残差分布以及不同操作变量之间的等高线和三维响应关系;利用Design-Expert 7.1对电路板破碎能耗试验的条件进行了优化,获得了最佳的操作指标。

介绍国内干式磁选设备的研究现状,分别介绍干式弱磁选机、中磁选机、强磁选机和高梯度磁选机。分析不同设备的发展现状和应用情况,针对我国干式磁选机的现状提出新的设计思路。对国内干式磁选设备的结构形式、分选方式及其特性等进行分析,并深入探讨国内新型磁选设备的发展和研究趋势,建议大力发展永磁化磁选设备和多力场的磁选设备。

Numerical simulation and experimental verification of bubble size distribution in an air dense medium fluidized bed被引量:11

Bubble size distribution is the basic apparent performance and obvious characteristics in the air dense medium fluidized bed (ADMFB). The approaches of numerical simulation and experimental verification were combined to conduct the further research on the bubble generation and movement behavior. The results show that ADMFB could display favorable expanded characteristics after steady fluidization. With different particle size distributions of magnetite powder as medium solids, we selected an appropriate prediction model for the mean bubble diameter in ADMFB. The comparison results indicate that the mean bubble diameters along the bed heights are 35 mm < D b < 66 mm and 40 mm < D b < 69 mm with the magnetite powder of 0.3 mm+0.15mm and 0.15mm+0.074mm, respectively. The prediction model provides good agreements with the experimental and simulation data. Based on the optimal operating gas velocity distribution, the mixture of magnetite powder and <1mm fine coal as medium solids were utilized to carry out the separation experiment on 6-50mm raw coal. The results show that an optimal separation density d P of 1.73g/cm 3 with a probable error E of 0.07g/cm 3 and a recovery efficiency of 99.97% is achieved, which indicates good separation performance by applying ADMFB.
