On the basis of introducing the establishment of the China-ASEAN free trade area,the article is attempting to make a detail analysis on the WTO rules and the relative agreements of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area by a comparative method for the purpose of probing into the legal environment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade in goods.
