基于改进的莱文森算法对电机转速特性的研究被引量:5

传统的Levinsion算法忽略了信号自相关序列值代替理论值时的误差,因而降低了算法性能。为了减小该误差的影响,采用改进Levinsion算法、AIC阶数判定准则,将现代谱估计中的AR模型应用于包含广泛频率成分的典型的电机转速振动信号分析,求得AR模型的功率谱。通过AR现代谱与Welch经典谱的实际对比分析,验证了所建AR模型的正确性和对电机转速振动信号分析的适用性,为电机转速振动特性的研究提供了可靠的分析技术。

采用软测量技术提高变风量空调系统的性能被引量:3

变风量空调箱是变风量空调系统中最关键的设备,其串级控制系统由内、外环2个回路组成.作为内环的风量控制回路对变风量空调的性能起着重要作用.将高等过程控制中的软测量技术应用于内环回路的风量测量,使用软测量技术得到的测量结果对风量传感器的运行进行动态监测,当风量传感器的测量结果与软测量结果相差达到一定程度时,可以认为风量传感器出现了故障,在报警的同时,使用软测量结果临时替代风量传感器作为风量的测量值,仍可以使变风量系统具有较好的运行性能.

Robust Principal Component Test in Gross Error Detection and Identification

Principle component analysis (PCA) based chi-square test is more sensitive to subtle gross errors and has greater power to correctly detect gross errors than classical chi-square test. However, classical principal com- ponent test (PCT) is non-robust and can be very sensitive to one or more outliers. In this paper, a Huber function liked robust weight factor was added in the collective chi-square test to eliminate the influence of gross errors on the PCT. Meanwhile, robust chi-square test was applied to modified simultaneous estimation of gross error (MSEGE) strategy to detect and identify multiple gross errors. Simulation results show that the proposed robust test can reduce the possibility of type Ⅱ errors effectively. Adding robust chi-square test into MSEGE does not obviously improve the power of multiple gross error identification, the proposed approach considers the influence of outliers on hypothesis statistic test and is more reasonable.

Nonlinear Statistical Process Monitoring Based on Control Charts with Memory Effect and Kernel Independent Component Analysis

A novel nonlinear combination process monitoring method was proposed based on techniques with memo- ry effect (multivariate exponentially weighted moving average (MEWMA)) and kernel independent component analysis (KICA). The method was developed for dealing with nonlinear issues and detecting small or moderate drifts in one or more process variables with autocorrelation. MEWMA charts use additional information from the past history of the process for keeping the memory effect of the process behavior trend. KICA is a recently devel- oped statistical technique for revealing hidden, nonlinear statistically independent factors that underlie sets of mea- surements and it is a two-phase algorithm., whitened kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) plus indepen- dent component analysis (ICA). The application to the fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) simulated process in- dicates that the proposed combined method based on MEWMA and KICA can effectively capture the nonlinear rela- tionship and detect small drifts in process variables. Its performance significantly outperforms monitoring method based on ICA, MEWMA-ICA and KICA, especially for lonu-term performance deterioration.

基于核Fisher判别分析方法的非线性统计过程监控与故障诊断被引量:21

化工过程中大量的生产数据反应了生产过程的内在变化和系统的运行状况,基于数据驱动的统计方法可以有效地对生产过程进行监控。对于复杂的化工和生化过程,其过程变量之间的相关关系往往具有很强的非线性特性,传统的线性统计过程监控方法显得无能为力。本文提出了基于核Fisher判别分析的非线性统计过程监控方法,首先利用非线性核函数将数据从原始空间映射到高维空间,在高维空间中利用线性的Fisher判别分析方法提取数据最优的Fisher特征矢量和判别矢量来实现过程监控与故障诊断,能有效地捕获过程变量之间的非线性关系,通过对流化催化裂化(FCCU)过程的仿真表明该方法的有效性。

Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis for Batch Process Based on Feature Extract in Fisher Subspace被引量:4

Multivariate statistical process control methods have been widely used in biochemical industries. Batch process is usually monitored by the method of multi-way principal component analysis (MPCA). In this article, a new batch process monitoring and fault diagnosis method based on feature extract in Fisher subspace is proposed.The feature vector and the feature direction are extracted by projecting the high-dimension process data onto the low-dimension Fisher space. The similarity of feature vector between the current and the reference batch is calculated for on-line process monitoring and the contribution plot of weights in feature direction is calculated for fault diagnosis. The approach overcomes the need for estimating or tilling in the unknown portion of the process variables trajectories from the current time to the end of the batch. Simulation results on the benchmark model of penicillin fermentation process can demonstrate that in comparison to the MPCA method, the proposed method is more accurate and efficient for process monitoring and fault diagnosis.

针对具有参数不确定性和外部未知扰动的不确定系统,基于灵敏度函数,提出了一种二自由度控制结构.在标称情况下,这种二自由度控制结构的给定值响应和负载干扰响应是完全解耦的,可以分别通过调节2个不同的控制回路来达到各自期望的控制性能指标.该控制系统保证反馈灵敏度函数和前馈灵敏度函数的范数小于某一正数,从而可使控制系统稳定.仿真实例验证了该控制系统的可行性和优越性.

迭代粒子群算法及其在间歇过程鲁棒优化中的应用被引量:4

针对无状态独立约束和终端约束的间歇过程鲁棒优化问题,将迭代方法与粒子群优化算法相结合,提出了迭代粒子群算法.对于该算法,首先将控制变量离散化,用标准粒子群优化算法搜索离散控制变量的最优解.然后在随后的迭代过程中将基准移到刚解得的最优值处,同时收缩控制变量的搜索域,使优化性能指标和控制轨线在迭代过程中不断趋于最优解.算法简洁、可行、高效,避免了求解大规模微分方程组的问题.对一个间歇过程的仿真结果证明了迭代粒子群算法可以有效地解决无状态独立约束和终端约束的间歇过程鲁棒优化问题.

针对状态目标跟踪过程的非线性非高斯噪声,提出了采用基于粒子滤波的前馈控制器,并对工业生产惯性和纯滞后过程提出了一种二自由度控制结构.在标称情况下,该控制结构的给定值响应和负载干扰响应是完全解耦的,可以分别通过调节给定点跟踪控制器和前馈滤波器来达到各自期望的控制性能指标.仿真实例验证了该控制系统的可行性和优越性.

Nonlinear online process monitoring and fault diagnosis of condenser based on kernel PCA plus FDA被引量:6

A novel online process monitoring and fault diagnosis method of condenser based on kernel principle component analysis (KPCA) and Fisher discriminant analysis (FDA) is presented. The basic idea of this method is: First map data from the original space into high-dimensional feature space via nonlinear kernel function and then extract optimal feature vector and discriminant vector in feature space and calculate the Euclidean distance between feature vectors to perform process monitoring. Similar degree between the present discriminant vector and optimal discriminant vector of fault in historical dataset is used for diagnosis. The proposed method can effectively capture the nonlinear relationship among process variables. Simulating results of the turbo generator's fault data set prove that the proposed method is effective.
