Synthesis of well oil-dispersible BaYF_5:Yb^(3+)/Er^(3+) nanocrystals with green upconversion fluorescence

Nearly monodisperse,regular-shaped and well oil-dispersible tetragonal BaYF5:0.2Yb3+/0.02Er3+ nanocrystals(NCs) were synthesized in water-ethanol-oleic acid-sodium oleate system.The as-obtained NCs exhibited bright upconversion(UC) fluorescence under the 980 nm excitation.Blue(2H9/2-4I15/2),green((2H11/2,4S3/2)-4I15/2) and red(4F9/2-4I15/2) transitions were observed.The results indicated that the relative intensity of green to red increased gradually with increasing power density,which were seldom in the previous work.Therefore,the UC properties and mechanism were studied in detail.

Hydrothermal synthesis of SrF_2:Yb^(3+)/Er^(3+) micro-/nanocrystals with multiform morphologies and upconversion properties被引量:6

Micro-and nanocrystals cubic-phase SrF2:Yb3+/Er3+ upconversion luminescence phosphors were synthesized via a facile hydro-thermal route in the presence of different surfactants.The samples were characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD),Fourier transform infra-red spectra (FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),and upconversion emission spectra.As-prepared products showed a variety of morphologies,such as cubic-shaped microcrystal,hierarchical structure microspheres,spheri-cal-shaped nanocrystals and nanosheets.The intrinsic structural feature of cubic-phase SrF2 and two important external factors,namely,the surfactants in the reaction solution and fluoride sources,were responsible for shape determination of SrF2:Yb3+/Er3+.The possible formation mechanisms for products with various architectures were presented.A systematic study on the photoluminescence of Yb3+/Er3+-doped SrF2 samples with cubic shape,microspheres,spherical and nanosheets shapes showed that the optical properties of these products were strongly dependent on their morphologies and size.

Different lanthanide ions (Yb3+/Ho3+/Er3+/Tm3+) codoped KGd(WO4)2 phosphors were prepared by high-temperature solid-state reaction. The upconversion luminescence properties of two-ion and three-ion co-doped KGd(WO4)2 phosphors were investigated in detail. The concentration quenching effect of the two-ion co-doped KGd(WO4)2 phosphors was studied, and the optimum concentration of Ho3+, Er3+ and Tm3+ are 2 mol.%, 2 mol.% and 3 mol.%, respectively. The Yb3+/Ho3+/Tm3+ co-doped KGd(WO4)2 sample is the best white upconversion luminescence material among three-ion co-doped KGd(WO4)2 phosphors. The CIE coordinates for the samples were calculated, and chromaticity coordinates were close to white light regions. The upconversion luminescence mechanism of the samples was discussed. The upconver-sion luminescence of Ho3+ and Er3+ was both produced through two-photon process. The emissions of Ho3+ at 546 and 654 nm originated from the transition of Ho3+ (5S2→5I8 and 5F5→5I8), while those of Er3+ at 530 and 551 nm were attributed to the transition of Er3+ (2I11/2→4I15/2 and 4S3/2→ 4I15/2). The upconversion luminescence mechanism of Tm3+ was a three-photon process. The blue emission of Tm3+ was due to the transition of Tm3+ (1G4→3H6).

有机光致变色材料及其在防伪技术中的应用被引量:9

概述了一种功能化学材料—有机光致变色材料,它在不同波长光的照射下,通过开环-闭环、结构异构和氧化还原等过程,能够发生颜色的变化。介绍了其在防伪技术领域的一些应用,并提出了一些增加防伪力度的思路。其中光致变色材料的应用,将是防伪技术领域的一个值得重视且亟待深入研究的工作。

水热法合成电子俘获材料SrS:Eu^(2+)、Sm^(3+)被引量:1

采用水热法合成了电子俘获材料SrS:Eu2+、Sm3+。通过X射线衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜、能谱、光激励发光光谱和荧光衰减,对其微观结构与光谱性能进行了表征。研究表明所制得的SrS:Eu2+、Sm3+电子俘获材料为单相的面心立方结构,粒度均一,且粒径小。采用水热合成法能够有效降低样品中杂质含量,并可有效减缓样品衰减速率。光激励发光光谱(λex=980nm)表明Eu2+和Sm3+能够掺入SrS基质中,与高温固相法制备的材料相比,水热法制备的SrS:Eu2+、Sm3+有更高的发光强度。

6,8-二溴螺(2H-1-苯并吡喃-2,2’-吲哚啉)的合成、结构及防复印应用研究

利用Fischer碱与3,5-二溴水杨醛反应合成了6,8-二溴-1’,3’,3’-三甲基螺(2H-1-苯并吡喃-2,2’-吲哚啉)化合物,在丙酮和乙醇混合溶剂中自然挥发培养出单晶,通过X射线单晶结构分析法测定了分子结构和晶体结构。晶体属于四方晶系,P4(1)空间群,晶胞参数为:a=8.2226(3),b=8.2226(3),c=26.995(2),α=β=γ=90°,V=1825.18(17)3,Dc=1.584mg/m3,μ=4.445mm-1,F(000)=864,Z=4,R1=0.1575,wR2=0.2520。并对其在涂料体系中的应用进行了系统研究,确定了较佳涂料配方,通过涂布的方式转移到纸张上,形成一种有机膜结构的防复印纸。从反射率光谱角度分析防复印机理。

Luminescence properties of a new red emitting Eu^(3+)-doped alkaline-earth fluoborate phosphor: BaCa_(1-2x)BO_3F:xEu^(3+), xM^+ (M=Li, Na, K)被引量:1

A series of new red-emitting BaCa1-2xBO3F:xEu3+, xM+ (M=Li, Na, K) phosphors were synthesized by the solid-reaction method. X-ray diffraction (XRD), diffuse reflection (UV-vis) and photoluminescence spectra were utilized to characterize the crystallization process, structure and luminescence properties of the as-synthesized phosphors. The XRD results indicated that the sample began to crystallize at 800 oC, and single-phase BaCaBO3F was fully obtained after annealing at 1000 oC. The charge compensated behaviors were investigated in this paper by considering different cations like Li+, Na+ and K+ acting as the charge compensator. The as-prepared phosphors had better emission properties, and the two characteristic emission lines peaking at 590 and 615 nm could be obtained upon 394, 463 and 532 nm excitation with the chromaticity coordinates of (0.596, 0.391), which were due to 5D0-7F1 and 5D0-7F2 transitions of Eu3+ ions. Further, the concentration quenching and corresponding luminescence mechanisms of BaCa1-2xBO3F:xEu3+, xNa+ phosphors were also discussed.

NaLa(MoO_4)_2∶Eu^(3+)的水热调控合成与发光特性研究被引量:7

采用水热法合成了不同粒径的NaLa(MoO4)2∶Eu3+微晶.通过调节乙二醇浓度和反应时间,研究了NaLa(MoO4)2∶Eu3+微晶的形貌演变过程,在水热条件下180℃反应16h获得了均一梭子形NaLa(MoO4)2∶Eu3+微晶,其晶粒长度约为2.0μm.荧光光谱分析表明,Eu3+取代了NaLa(MoO4)2中La3+的格位,Eu3+在613nm处红光发射(5D0—7F2跃迁)的浓度猝灭机理是电偶极-电四极相互作用,并发生了Eu3+(5D1)+Eu3+(7F0)→Eu3+(5D0)+Eu3+(7F3)交叉弛豫,由此导致浓度猝灭.

Effect of trivalent rare earth ions doping on the fluorescence properties of electron trapping materials SrS:Eu^(2+)被引量:3

Trivalent rare-earth ions (La3+,Pr3+,Nd3+,Sm3+,Gd3+,Tb3+,Dy3+,Ho3+,Er3+,Tm3+,and Yb3+) were investigated as the codoped auxiliary sensitizer for the electron trapping materials SrS:Eu2+ in order to enhance the fluorescence properties.It was found that Sm3+ and Tb3+ had the best photoluminescence stimulated luminescence (PSL) effect among the selected trivalent rare-earth ions.All the SrS:Eu2+ samples doped by different trivalent rare-earth ions could be stimulated by 980 nm laser after being exposed to the conventional sunlight,and they emitted PSL with the peak located at 615 nm.The result also indicated that some co-doped rare earth ions could increase fluorescence intensities of the traditional electron trapping materials SrS:Eu2+.
