流速对再生水滴灌系统毛管内生物膜表面特征的影响被引量:4

采用三维白光干涉形貌仪观测不同流速下附着于PE管内的生物膜表面形貌,分析再生水滴灌条件下不同流速对滴灌系统内生物膜表面形貌的影响。结果表明:中流速区,生物膜表面固体颗粒物质多,表面粗糙,生物膜较厚;高流速区,生物膜表面光滑,生物膜较薄;生物膜平均厚度与流速的关系符合指数规律,流速为0.22 m/s,生物膜平均厚度达到最大值。流速大于0.90 m/s的生物膜生长速率随着流速增加而下降快,生物膜易脱落,且水力剪切力力也急增,清洗滴灌系统的流速应大于0.90 m/s。

FLOW CHARACTERISTICS IN ENERGY DISSIPATION UNITS OF LABYRINTH PATH IN THE DRIP IRRIGATION EMITTERS WITH DPIV TECHNOLOGY被引量:5

The energy dissipation mechanism and anti-clogging properties of drip irrigation emitters are closely related to flow characteristics of the fluid in its flow paths,and flow field tests using modern flow visual technologies were carried out by a large number of designers.The Digital Particle ImageVelocimetry(DPIV) system was built for un-disturbed flow tests in the labyrinth path.In this article,the flow field was measured in the flow path section,the structural unit and the local region near sawtooth.Under the pressure level of 10 Kpa,50 Kpa,100 Kpa and 150 Kpa,the flows in the two labyrinth paths were in the turbulence state,with flow stagnation regions and whirlpool regions in the structure of the labyrinth path sections.The flow stagnation regions should be eliminated as much as possible.But the vortex should be fully developed,which could increase the self-cleaning capacity and the anti-clogging capacity of the emitter.With respect to the anti-clogging performance and the energy loss efficiency of the emitter,the M-type flow path is better than the K-type flow path.

Biofilm structure and its influence on clogging in drip irrigation emitters distributing reclaimed wastewater被引量:4

Using reclaimed wastewater for crop irrigation is a practical alternative to discharge wastewater treatment plant effluents into surface waters.However,biofouling has been identified as a major contributor to emitter clogging in drip irrigation systems distributing reclaimed wastewater.Little is known about the biofilm structure and its influence on clogging in the drip emitter flow path.This study was first to investigate the microbial characteristics of mature biofilms present in the emitters and the effect of flow path structures on the biofilm microbial communities.The analysis of biofilm matrix structure using a scanning electron microscopy(SEM) revealed that particles in the matrix of the biofilm coupled extracellular polysaccharides(EPS) and formed sediment in the emitter flow path.Analysis of biofilm mass including protein,polysaccharide,and phospholipid fatty acids(PLFAs) showed that emitter flow path style influenced biofilm community structure and diversity.The correlations of biofilm biomass and discharge reduction after 360 h irrigation were computed and suggest that PFLAs provide the best correlation coeffcient.Comparatively,the emitter with the unsymmetrical dentate structure and shorter flow path(Emitter C) had the best anti-clogging capability.By optimizing the dentate structure,the internal flow pattern within the flow path could be enhanced as an important method to control the biofilm within emitter flow path.This study established electron microscope techniques and biochemical microbial analysis methods that may provide a framework for future emitter biofilm studies.

再生水条件下灌水器内生物膜生长对流量的影响被引量:8

选用生物泳动床、生物滤池两种污水处理工艺下的再生水进行滴灌试验,研究灌水器内生物膜的生长情况。结果表明:灌水器内的生物膜经历附着期、生长期和成熟期,在成熟期达到动态平衡状态;灌水器进水口处的生物膜附着快、生长速度快,生物膜最厚。脱落的生物膜沉积于流道内或出水口,体现流量的变化。灌水器的平均流量变化落后于生物膜的生长变化;当生物膜到达成熟期时,生物膜反复脱落生长,是灌水器堵塞的高风险期,表现为灌水器的平均流量持续下降。系统运行184 h后,可采用加酸、加氯等措施冲洗滴灌灌水器。
