Construction of a 3D Co(Ⅱ) Framework Based on Two Types of V-shaped Bidentate Ligands

A three-dimensional(3D) coordination polymer {[Co(bdc)(dpb)]·H2O}n(1) was prepared by solvothermal reaction of 1,3-dipyridyl benzene(dpb) with deprotonated 1,3-benzenedicarboxylate(H2bdc), and was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 15.478(6), b = 12.865(5), c = 24.091(10) ?, β = 95.599(5)°, V = 4774(3) ?3, C24H18CoN2O5, Mr = 473.34, Dc = 1.267 g/cm3, F(000) = 1864.0, μ = 0.748 mm-1 and Z = 8. Each Co(II) ion links three bdc2- anions to form an infinitely 1D ladder-shaped chain containing binuclear [(COO)Co]2 cluster, and dpb links adjacent 1D chains to form a 3D pcu framework. In addition, the UV-vis of 1 was also studied.

A N-tripodal Ligand Cu-Based Coordination Polymer with Good Catalytic Activity for the Reduction of 4-Nitrophenol被引量:1

A complex {[Cu(tib)_2(H_2O)_2]·(NO_3)_2}n(1) has been synthesized under N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMA) and water conditions. The structure of complex 1 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2_1/n with a = 10.6273(7), b = 11.4184(7), c = 13.4215(8) ?, β = 108.290(2)°, V = 1546.38(17) ?~3, Z = 2, F(000) = 798, D_c = 1.667 g/cm^3 and m = 0.786 mm^(-1). Complex 1 exhibits a 3D network due to the existence of O–H···O interaction between coordinated water and nitrate anions. Furthermore, complex 1 has a good catalytic activity for the reduction of 4-nitrophenol in Na BH4 solution.

A Novel 2D→3D Network with the Coexistence of Polythreading and Inclined Polycatenation Constructed by the Tripodal Linker

A new cadmium(II) coordination polymer with unique structure was synthesized under diffusion process by employing triangular N-containing ligand tris(4-(pyridyl) phenyl) amine(Tppa). Complex 1 crystallizes in the space group Pbcn, with a = 28.906(3), b = 13.5294(14), c = 17.8727(18), V = 6989.7(12) 3, C66H48 Cd Cl2N8, Mr = 1136.42, Dc = 1.080 g/cm3, F(000) = 2328, μ = 0.428 mm-1 and Z = 4. Complex 1 features a 2D → 3D framework with the coexistence of inclined polycatenation and polythreading. In addition, the luminescent property of complex 1 was studied.

Structure and Photochemical Properties of a Chiral Cd Coordination Polymer Based on 4,4'-(Hexafluoroisopropylidene)Bis(benzoic acid)and 1,3-Di(pyridineyl)benzene

One new chiral metal-organic coordination polymer,[Cd_2(dpb)(H_2hfipbb)_2]_n,was obtained under hydrothermal conditions of 1,3-di(pyridineyl)benzene(dpb) and 4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)bis(benzoic acid)(H_2hfipbb). The title compound reveals a three-dimensional(3D) framework with two types of helical chains [Cd(COO)]n,which are linked each other to further form a double helical chain [Cd_2(COO)_2]_n by sharing the same Cd(Ⅱ) ions. The dpb connects the double helical chains to generate a 3D framework. These unique structures were studied by single-crystal X-ray and other spectroscopy techniques. In addition,the luminescent,fluorescence lifetime and second harmonic generation efficiency properties in the solid state have been studied.

以两种V型的配体4,4′-二吡啶基苯(1,3-dpb)和4,4′-二羧基二苯砜(H2sdb),和钴(Ⅱ)通过溶剂热反应合成了1个配位聚合物{[Co(dpb)(sdb)(H2O)2]·2H2O·DMF}n(1)。对其进行了红外、热重、粉晶衍射、单晶衍射等表征,配合物属于三斜晶系,空间群P1。其中Co(Ⅱ)的2个顶点被水分子占据,相邻的钴(Ⅱ)离子连接着1,3-二吡啶基苯和4,4′-二羧基二苯砜形成一维的双绳链,相邻的链之间通过羧基-配位水和配位水-配位水间的氢键相互连接形成二维的层状结构,层状结构之间通过砜基-配位水间的氢键又相互连接形成三维结构。此外,还研究了配合物的固体紫外-可见光谱。

V 型咪唑配体构筑的二维穿插层状锌Ⅱ配合物的晶体结构及荧光性能(英文)

本文以4,4′-二咪唑基二苯醚(BIDPE)和庚二酸(H2pim)为配体,溶剂热合成了一个互锁的二维配位聚合物{[Zn(BIDPE)(pim)]·(H2O)}n(1)。对其进行了红外、热重、粉晶衍射、单晶衍射等表征,配合物属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/c。相邻的Zn髤离子通过连接BIDPE和pim2-形成手性二维波浪形面,两个相邻的面相互互锁仍然形成2Dchiral的结构。相邻互锁的2Dchiral结构的螺旋方向相反,通过ABAB堆积最终形成了2Dachiral超分子框架。此外,本文也研究了配合物的荧光性能。

A two-dimensional(2D) coordination polymer {[Cd2(sdb)2(dpb)2]·3H2O}n(1) was prepared by solvothermal reaction of two types of V-shaped ligands: 1,3-dipyridyl benzene(dpb) and deprotonated 4,4'-sulfonyldibenzoic acid(H2sdb). It was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group Fdd2 with a = 46.247(10), b = 9.994(2), c = 24.267(6) , V = 11216(4) 3, C60H46Cd2N4O15S2, Mr = 1387.97, Dc = 1.559 g/cm3, F(000) = 5296.0, μ = 0.902 mm-1 and Z = 8. Each [Cd(COO)]2 cluster links four sdb2- anions to form infinitely ABAB stacked 2D wave-like sheets, in which each sheet contains the same helical chains, and the helical directions of sheets A and B are reversed. Dpb links the rest coordinated sites of [(COO)Cd]2 cluster to form a 2D network. In addition, the solid fluorescence of 1 and dpb is also studied.

Luminescent metal-organic frameworks for nitro explosives detection被引量:4

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) have been emerging as important multifunctional hybrid materials, not only due to the diversify framework architectures, but also contribute to the rich interactions among metals, ligands and guests. Nitro explosives have important influences for environmental protection and national homeland security. In this review, a brief description of luminescent MOFs is presented, accompanied by a short comment on the four types of metal-based luminescent MOFs as sensing materials for nitro explosives detection. Then the trends and challenges of luminescent MOFs as sensing materials for nitro explosives are also prospected.

Three New Coordination Polymers Constructed by Adjusting the Angles of Pyridyl or Imidazolyl-based Synthons: Structures and Solid UV-vis Properties

Three new 2D metal-organic frameworks, [M(BIDPE)2(bdc)2]n(M = Co for 1, Ni for 2) and [Ni(PIDPE)2(H2O)2(bdc)]n(3)(BIDPE = 4,4?-bis(imidazol-1-yl) diphenyl ether, PIDPE =4-(pyridyl)-4?-(imidazol-1-yl) diphenyl ether, bdc2- = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylate), were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, PXRD, IR spectroscopy and TGA analysis.Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n, with a = 9.1568(12), b = 16.943(2), c =15.441(2) ?, β = 104.049(2)°, V = 2323.9(5) ?~3, Dc = 1.420 g/cm^3, Mr = 993.83, F(000) = 1026, μ =0.440 mm^(-1) and Z = 2. Complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n, with a =9.1395(17), b = 17.019(3), c = 15.473(3) ?, β = 104.651(2)°, V = 2328.5(7) ?~3, Dc = 1.414 g/cm^3,Mr = 991.58, F(000) = 1024, μ = 0.487 mm-1, Z = 2. Complex 3 also belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a = 11.4365(16), b = 18.346(3), c = 11.7068(17) ?, β = 91.022(2)°,V = 2455.9(6) ?3, Dc = 1.422 g/cm3, Mr = 1051.66, F(000) = 1092, μ = 0.468 mm-1, Z = 2. All complexes 1, 2 and 3 are 2D layer structures constructed from intermolecular hydrogen bonds. In addition, the solid UV-vis properties of complexes 1, 2 and 3 were also studied.
