基于改进的潜在生态风险指数的霞湾港底泥重金属生态风险评价(英文)被引量:36

基于潜在生态风险指数(RI)和风险评价代码(RAC),建立改进的潜在生态风险指数(MRI)。该方法考虑了单个重金属不同形态毒性的不同。以株洲霞湾港底泥为例,研究Cd、Cu、Pb、Zn的污染状况及其形态特征,并分别运用潜在生态风险指数、风险评价代码以及改进的潜在生态风险指数3种方法对霞湾港底泥进行风险评价。实验数据显示,霞湾港底泥的重金属污染严重。根据改进的潜在生态风险指数,重金属生态风险呈现Cd>Pb>Cu>Zn递减的顺序。通过对比得出,改进的生态风险评价综合了潜在生态风险指数和风险评价代码2种方法的优点,评价结果更加可靠,能够为风险管理提供一定的理论依据。

Effects of surfactants on enzyme-containing reversed micellar system被引量:8

With the development of colloid interface and enzyme technologies,enzyme-containing reversed micellar system has been receiving much attention in bioseparation and bioconversion. Because of its high efficiency,it has brought new opportunities for the development of molecular biotechnology. Reversed micelles represent nano-sized aqueous droplets stabilized by surfactant amphiphiles inside the bulk organic solvents. The entrapped enzymes have enhanced activities under those conditions as suited in the lipid bilayers of biological membranes. The fundamentals of enzyme-containing reversed micellar system are described in this paper,with special emphasis on the effects of surfactants varying in concentrations and structures. The latest study progress on the surfactants application in enzyme-containing reversed micelles is reviewed. The introduction of novel functional surfactants in micellar enzymology and their future development are also discussed.

Effect of rhamnolipids on cadmium adsorption by Penicillium simplicissimum被引量:2

The effect of rhamnolipids(RL) on Cd2+ adsorption by Penicillium simplicissimum(P.simplicissimum) was studied.The maximum adsorption capacities of Cd2+ were obtained at pH 6.0 for the intact P.simplicissimum and at pH 5.0 for the RL-pretreated P.simplicissimum,respectively.The adsorption equilibrium was reached after about 4 h.The experimental adsorption isotherms were in good agreement with the Langmuir model.The maximum adsorption capacities(qmax) for the intact P.simplicissimum and for the RL-pretreated P.simplicissimum were 51.6 and 70.4 mg/g,respectively.The interactions between Cd2+ and functional groups on the cell wall surface of the P.simplicissimum were identified by SEM,EDAX and FTIR analysis.It is indicated that carboxyl,amino and hydroxyl groups play major roles in the Cd2+ adsorption.The results suggest that the RL-pretreated P.simplicissimum is a promising candidate for the removal of Cd2+ from aqueous solutions.

基于动态聚类分析的水环境健康风险综合评价被引量:16

考虑各水期的浓度差异,提出浓度参数综合评判的概念,建立了基于浓度参数综合评判的水环境健康风险评价模型.运用动态聚类分析法将评价结果进行归类,得出风险管理的优先控制等级.将该方法应用于2007年湘江18个断面的健康风险评价研究中.结果表明:各监测断面中砷、六价铬和镉3种污染因子的健康危害较大,其中砷的健康危害最大;采用动态聚类分析将风险评价结果归为4类即:高风险、高-中风险、中风险和低风险.其中松柏下断面健康风险最高,达到3.79×10-4,属于高风险级别,应进行优先控制;黄茶岭属于高-中风险;归阳镇、熬洲、朱亭镇、枫溪、白石、霞湾、马家河、五星、易家湾、樟树港断面为中风险;另外6个断面为低风险.根据综合评判,大部分断面水质已受到不同程度的污染,须加强湘江水环境污染控制.

基于多点Metropolis的子集模拟方法被引量:3

本文将多点Metropolis(Multiple-Try Metropolis,MTM)算法应用到子集模拟法中,用MTM算法取代Metropolis-Hasting(M-H)算法来模拟中间失效事件,进而提高子集模拟法的效率.论文给出了基于MTM算法的子集模拟法的具体步骤,并采用算例对所提方法进行了验证,结果表明基于MTM的子集模拟法可以达到和经典子集模拟法相同的效果,并且效率远高于直接蒙特卡罗方法,在进行可靠性分析时可作为一个选择.

复配逆胶束体系中漆酶催化性能研究

在由鼠李糖脂和Tween-80构建而成的复配逆胶束媒介研究了漆酶的催化性能.采用紫外法考察了Tween-80摩尔含量、逆胶束含水量、水相酸碱度、水相盐度以及助表面活性剂种类等反应条件对漆酶催化性能的影响.研究结果表明,反应的最佳条件:Tween-80的摩尔含量为30%,体系含水量为20,缓冲溶液p H为4.5,KCI浓度为70mmol/L,助表面活性剂正己醇.并且在最佳条件下,漆酶在复配逆胶束体系中的酶活比在单相鼠李糖脂逆胶束中高1.44倍,比在水溶液中高4.35倍,研究结果表明复配表面活性剂在构建胶束酶学上具有很大的潜力.

Static aerobic composting of municipal sewage sludge with forced ventilation:Using matured compost as bulking conditioner被引量:3

Static aerobic composting of municipal sewage sludge with forced ventilation or air ventilation using matured compost as bulking conditioner was investigated.Physical and chemical parameters,e.g.,temperature,moisture content,VSS,CODcr,pH,and germination index(GI),were analyzed to characterize the composting process.Fermentation starts quickly in both forced and air ventilation compost heaps and reaches high-temperature stage after 2 d,owing to the bulking function of matured compost.Compared to air ventilation,however,forced ventilation enables the high-temperature stage to last longer for approximately 7 d.The moisture content of both compost bodies decreases from 62% to about 50% as a result of evaporation,and it decreases slightly faster in forced ventilation compost heap after 13 d due to the higher temperature and better ventilation condition.Although no obvious differences of VSS and pH are observed between both compost heaps,the soluble CODCr and GI show differences during the second half period of fermentation.In forced ventilation compost,the soluble CODCr has a small rebound after 13 d,and GI decreases from 46% to 35% but then increases.These results show that in general,the matured compost is a good conditioner and force ventilation with a proper air supply strategy can be more efficient than air ventilation.

反胶束漆酶/纤维素酶体系中油酸酯化的优化被引量:1

漆酶和纤维素酶在反胶束水核中心具有较强的催化活性。为了对反胶束酶体系中油酸酯化反应深入研究,采用生物表面活性剂鼠李糖脂构建反胶束体系作为漆酶与纤维素酶酯化油酸的催化反应场所。通过实验研究了反胶束体系的不同条件对酯化产物含量的影响。对于反胶束漆酶体系,最佳酯化条件为:含水量W040%,鼠李糖脂临界胶束浓度20mmol·L^(-1),pH值4,温度40℃;对于反胶束纤维素酶体系,最佳酯化条件为:含水量20%,鼠李糖脂临界胶束浓度80 mmol·L^(-1),pH值4,温度30℃。综合考虑几个因素,漆酶比纤维素酶更适合应用于反胶束中油酸的酯化。研究同时采用荧光光谱法对漆酶和纤维素酶在反胶束体系中结构性能的变化进行研究,结果表明,当反胶束体系处于最佳酯化反应条件时,荧光强度最高。

微生物复合菌剂对污泥好氧堆肥过程的影响被引量:18

研究了黄孢原毛平革菌与枯草芽孢杆菌复合菌剂在剩余污泥静态强制通风好氧堆肥中的作用.结果表明,根据堆肥过程中的温度(0~5d为中温阶段,6~12d为高温阶段,16~28d为腐熟阶段)变化,复合菌剂的变化导致堆体细菌数量明显高于空白堆体,且堆体中的嗜热真菌在高温期显著增多,促进了有机物的降解,加速了堆体的腐熟.试验组萝卜种子发芽指数(GI)相对空白组提前3d达到了50%,表明复合菌剂的加入迅速地降低了堆体的生物毒性,但由于相对浓缩效应使得堆肥产品Cd含量略有增加。

Enzymatic reaction of ethanol and oleic acid by lipase and lignin peroxidase in rhamnolipid(RL) reversed micelles

An environment friendly bio-surfactant of rhamnolipid(RL) was used as a solvent. The enzymatic reaction of oleic acid catalyzed by lipase and lignin peroxidase(lip) was evaluated. The optimum conditions of enzymatic reaction catalyzed by lipase(lip) were water to amphiphile molar ratio of 30(20), RL of 60(60) critical micelle concentration(CMC), pH of 7.0(3.0) and temperature of 40(30) °C, respectively. The change of enzyme conformation indicates that, for catalytic of lipase, water content is the most important factor of the enzymatic reaction of oleic acid, and p H for lip. With individual optimum conditions, the enzymatic efficiency of oleic acid catalyzed by lipase is higher than that by lip. In the presence of ethanol, the enzymatic reaction of oleic acid catalyzed by lipase suits Ping-Pong Bi-Bi mechanism. As an alternative to chemical reversed micelles, the RL reversed micelles are promising methods to enzymatic reaction of oleic acid.
