Platelet Agglutination Test is employed to detect platelet agglutination ability and to determine the important index of platelet. PAT is an accessory diagnostic method for hemorrhagic diseases and throm- botic diseases caused by platelet functional abnormality. PAT can be divided into microscopic and tur- bidimetric method. This paper deals with dynamic turbidimetric method, i. e. attractant is added to citrated plasma rich in platelet and agglutination rate of platelet is calculated with China - made in -struments and some related factors are discussed here. The results of platelet agglutination rate with dy- namic turbidimetric method of normal persons and patients clinically diagnosed with diabetes, hyper -thyroidism, etc. are discussed.
