College English education is an integral part of China’s higher education system.However,there are still problems in the teaching,such as students’lack of subjectivity,rigid teaching environment and single form of teaching method.In the perspective of educational ecology,this paper explains the basic concepts of educational ecology,and under the guidance of ecological theory,interprets the reasons for the imbalance of the current English teaching ecological environment,and puts forward strategies to improve the quality of college English classroom teaching in order to guarantee the quality of college English Classroom teaching.
