用蛋白质提取液提取膜结合Gq蛋白α亚基并SDS-PAGE电泳,利用Tanon G IS凝胶图像处理系统分析其含量.光暗条件下,在3种溶液孵育后的感光细胞中都提取到了42 kDa的膜结合Gq蛋白α亚基.高钙溶液、生理溶液、低钙溶液孵育后的感光细胞中膜结合Gq蛋白α亚基的含量,光适应组分别是4.58%、4.63%、5.05%;暗适应组分别是4.56%、4.94%、5.13%.
Gqα proteins of one thousand pairs of compound eyes of Macrobrachium rosnbergii in zoaea I～IV were isolated with SDS-PAGE electrophoresis , gel and protein maps photoed and the percent of protein was analyzed by Tanon GIS gel image disposal system. The results showed that the amount of Gqα protein of compound eyes increased gradually from zoaea I to IV, the percent of the Gqαin zoaea I～IV was 3.499%,3.540%,3.558% and 3.565% respectively. However, the percent of the protein in zoae IV and zoae I was significantly different (pair t test p <0.05). Our research verified that the function of compound eyes perfected gradually with individual development in zoaea of Macrobrachium rosnbergii.
