The complex of ZnCl2 with DL-alanine,Zn(Ala)2Cl2·1/2H2O,was synthesized and characterized by IR,thermogravimatric analysis and chemical analysis. The molar dissolution enthalpies of the reactants and the product were determined in H2O by classical solution calorimetry.By designing a themochemical cycle, the reaction enthalpy of zinc chloride with DL-alanine,ΔrH○-m(298.15k)=-38.95kJ.mol-1,and the standard formation enthalpy of Zn(Ala)2Cl2·1/2H2O,ΔfHθm[Zn(Ala)2Cl2·1/2H2O,s,298.15k]=-1347.32kJ.mol-1,were calculated.
The urushiol tyrosine resin(UTR) was synthesized from tyrosine and gasoline solution of urushiol by using anhydrous AlCl 3 as catalyst. Its structure has been studied by IR, UV and DTA. The UTR Cu was obtained by impregnation of UTR in Cu 2+ solution. The polyphenol oxidase obtained from banana was immobilized on UTR Cu complexes. The immobilized oxidase(UTR Cu En) had an activity of 1 1 A/(min·g), that is, 6 5 times greater than that of oxidase immobilized on active carbon. A possible structure of the UTR Cu immobilized enzyme is suggested.
