In the new economy era,Enterprise Resources Planning(ERP)can no longer suit the needs of enterprise management.Neither ERP nor knowledge management can help the enterprise in China solve the management problem.This article,based on an analysis of the derivation and characteristics of Knowledge & Resource Management(KRM),points out that integrating ERP and knowledge management is the only way for enterprises to find a solution.
With a discussion on the importance of securing the enterprise network information system,this paper analyzes the means by which the hackers attack the enterprise information system.It introduces the key technologies for securing the enterprise information system,and puts forward some important ideas about the security of enterprise information system.
