Along with the start of CAFTA,more and more Chinese enterprises invest in Southeast Asia by mergers and acquisition so that the integration of technological system,which is also very important for the success of the mergers,is often undone in the corporate mergers and acquisitions.In this paper,through the discussion on the continual technology,skip techˉnology,technological system’s decomposition and technology transfer and then based on the analysis,it sums up the identifying risk,transfer risk、multiplex risk of the integration of technological system with the hope to give reference to those enterprises which invest by mergers and acquisition with South-East Asia.
