To find out the effect of scan rate on sensitivity in quadrupole mass spectrometer,DDV and 11 common hypnotic drugs were chosen for GC-MS analysis.Different scan time and dwell time was used separately for full scan mode and SIM.Then charasteristic ions were extracted to calculate signal to noise values.
