积极心理学是一门研究人类的积极心理品质、关注人类的健康幸福与和谐发展的科学,它为我们提供了解决大学生学习动机问题的新视角。本研究旨在以积极心理学为视角,探索大学生学习动机提升路径——激发积极的情绪情感,提升学习体验感;培养积极的人格品质,强化学习内驱力;构建积极的学习理念,增强学习效能感;营造积极的家校氛围,优化学习支持力。Positive psychology is a science that studies the positive psychological qualities of human beings and pays attention to the healthy happiness and harmonious development of human beings, and it provides us with a new perspective to solve the problem of college students’ learning motivation. The purpose of this study is to explore the path of college students’ study motivation enhancement from the perspective of positive psychology, to stimulate positive emotions and feelings to enhance the sense of learning experience;to cultivate positive personality qualities to strengthen the internal drive for learning;to construct positive learning concepts to enhance the sense of learning efficacy;and to create a positive home-school atmosphere to optimize the support for learning.
积极学习心理是学生在学习活动中展现出的积极、主动且乐观的心理状态。本研究将心理健康课自然教学班随机分为体验式教学班(实验组)和传统教学班(对照组),分别进行为期八周的课程教学。结果显示,体验式教学班大学生在实验后的积极心理品质量表得分显著高于实验前,而传统教学班大学生无显著差异。从积极心理品质各维度的得分情况来看,在创造力、好奇心、爱学习、思维力、热情、感受爱、社交智慧、团队精神和自制上,体验式教学班的学生在课程后的表现都显著优于传统教学班的学生(p Positive learning psychology is the positive, active, and optimistic psychological state that students show in their learning activities. In this study, the natural teaching class of mental health courses was randomly divided into an experimental class (experimental group) and a traditional class (control group), and the courses were taught for eight weeks respectively. The results showed that the scores of the positive psychological quality scale of college students in the experimental class were significantly higher after the experiment than before the experiment, while there was no significant difference among the college students in the traditional teaching class. Judging from the scores of the dimensions of positive psychological qualities, in terms of creativity, curiosity, love of learning, thinking, enthusiasm, feeling love, social intelligence, teamwork, and self-control, the students of experiential teaching class performed significantly better than those of the traditional teaching class after the course (p < 0.05). It can be seen that experiential teaching, as an effective teaching strategy, can promote the overall development of students, especially in the cultivation of positive learning psychology.
