海洋硬骨鱼类对海洋碳循环的影响研究现状

海洋硬骨鱼类在全球碳循环中扮演着重要角色,其生理活动对海洋碳汇具有显著影响。研究回顾并总结了海洋硬骨鱼类对海洋碳汇影响的研究进展,分析了鱼类通过主动和被动运输机制对海洋碳循环的贡献,并整理了关于碳酸盐排泄的现有模型。研究认为,海洋硬骨鱼类通过呼吸作用、垂直洄游和死亡沉降等过程,对海洋深层的碳储存具有重要作用。这些过程不仅与鱼类的代谢活动紧密相关,而且还受到水温、盐度、pH值等环境因素的影响。然而,当前对海洋硬骨鱼碳汇的定量估算有限,且缺乏系统性研究。研究强调了未来深入研究的必要性,包括全球范围内的鱼类固碳潜力评估、环境因素对鱼类固碳效率的影响、以及鱼类死亡沉降作为碳汇过程的评估。研究建议建立全球鱼类固碳数据库等基础平台,以促进国际合作并提高对鱼类在海洋碳循环中作用的科学认识。

长岛毗邻水域硬骨鱼类早期资源群落结构及功能多样性被引量:1

长岛毗邻水域是黄渤海鱼类洄游迁徙的生态廊道,是黄渤海鱼类连通的关键区域。基于2021年3-12月对长岛毗邻水域开展的鱼卵、仔稚鱼逐月调查,分析了长岛毗邻水域鱼类早期资源丰度时空格局、群落结构更替规律以及群落功能多样性时空差异。结果显示,共采集到36种鱼卵、仔稚鱼,其中,鱼卵和仔稚鱼种类数均为21种,鱼卵总数量为71 695粒,仔稚鱼总数量为1 161尾;主要产卵期为5-8月,主要种类为鳀(Engraulis japonicus)、黄姑鱼(Nibea albiflora)、长蛇鲻(Saurida elongata)、黑鲷(Acanthopagrus schlegelii)、少鳞[鱼喜](Sillagojaponica)、白姑鱼(Pennahia argentata)、绯[鱼銜](Callionymus beniteguri)、短吻红舌鳎(Cynoglossus joyneri)等,鱼卵密集区位于调查水域东部至西南部的庙岛海峡毗邻水域;仔稚鱼主要集中于5-7月和11-12月,主要种类为鳀、白氏银汉鱼(Hypoatherina valenciennei)、大泷六线鱼(Hexagrammos otakii)、玉筋鱼(Ammodytes personatus)等,仔稚鱼密集区位于调查水域东部、西南部和西北部;春夏季(5-7月)鱼类早期资源群落功能丰富度、均匀度和离散度指数最高,高值区主要分布在调查水域东北部和西南部。长岛毗邻水域鱼卵及仔稚鱼丰度、群落结构及功能具有明显的时空异质性,鱼类繁殖群体的洄游迁徙对长岛毗邻水域鱼类早期资源群落产生深刻影响。

雅鲁藏布江下游鮡科鱼类分类整理及三新种和中国一新记录种被引量:1

基于形态学和分子系统学方法,对1974、2019—2023年间采自雅鲁藏布江下游(我国实际控制区内,下同)的403尾鮡科鱼类标本进行分类整理。标本检视结果及结合历史记录表明,雅鲁藏布江下游共分布有鮡科鱼类6属10种,即黑斑原鮡Glyptosternon maculatum(Regan 1905)、穴形纹胸鮡Glyptothorax cavia(Hamilton1822)、墨脱纹胸鮡G.medogensis Chen&He sp.nov.、疑似细体纹胸鮡G.cf.gracilis(Günther 1864)、稀有纹胸鮡G.rara Chen&He sp.nov.、西仁褶鮡Pseudecheneis sirenica Vishwanath&Darshan 2007、扁头异鮡Creteuchiloglanis kamengensis(Jayaram 1966)、细尾鰋Exostoma tenuicaudatum Tamang,Sinha&Gurumayun2015、西藏鰋E.tibetanum Gong,Lin,Liu&Liu 2018和无斑平唇鮡Parachiloglanis immaculata Chen&He sp.nov.。新种墨脱纹胸鮡是安氏纹胸鮡G.annandalei Hora 1923种名的修订,其偶鳍具羽状皮褶,项背骨前突与上枕骨棘相离,腹鳍起点位于背鳍基后缘垂直下方之后,腹鳍末端远离臀鳍起点,更细的尾柄,以及更长的头长等联合特征区别于同属其他物种。新种稀有纹胸鮡其偶鳍腹面光滑,无羽状皮褶;胸部吸着器心形,皮纹向前延伸至咽部,附着器后缘中部微陷、开放,皮纹不明显;臀鳍不分枝鳍条11根;项背骨前突与上枕骨棘间隔距离远;上颌须延伸超过胸鳍基末端,达胸鳍长的1/2处,其长为头长的134.2%等特征区别于同属其他种。新种无斑平唇鮡是霍氏平唇鮡P.hodgarti(Hora 1923)种名修订,其上颌齿带两侧向后延伸,内侧内凹,呈弯月形,横向宽约为纵向深的2倍;下颌齿带前缘和后缘中部微凹,左右两块紧靠,无明显间隔;鳃孔下角限于胸鳍基前1/3处;脂鳍末端游离,与尾鳍起点有一缺刻;胸鳍分枝鳍条16—17根;尾鳍末端明显内凹;侧线明显,侧线孔周围具白色稀疏圆点,体表和各鳍无明显的斑纹等特征有别于同属其他物种。穴形纹胸鮡为我国新记录种。西仁褶鮡为黄斑褶鮡P.sulcata(McClelland 1

《中国药典》2020年版硬骨鱼纲与鸟纲药用动物养殖研究进展被引量:1

通过查阅中国知网1958—2021年相关文献资料,归纳总结收载在《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称《中国药典》) 2020年版中硬骨鱼纲和鸟纲药用动物的地理分布、生活习性和养殖方法。《中国药典》2020年版中收载了硬骨鱼纲药用动物有海马和海龙,其中药用海马有5种,占海马种类总数的9.26%(5/54);药用海龙有3种,占海龙种类总数的13.04%(3/23);收载野生鸟纲药用动物只有麻雀1种,占麻雀种类总数的3.70%(1/27)。3种药用动物均有人工养殖,其中,海马、海龙多分布在南部沿海地区,麻雀养殖基地多分布在中部山地、丘陵地带,主要有全人工养殖和半人工养殖2种方式。《中国药典》2020年版收载的硬骨鱼纲海马、海龙和鸟纲麻雀,养殖技术成熟,养殖评估均为扩养。概述《中国药典》2020年版中硬骨鱼纲和鸟纲药用动物的养殖情况,为药用动物的养殖提供参考。

High chromosomal evolutionary dynamics in sleeper gobies(Eleotridae)and notes on disruptive biological factors in Gobiiformes karyotypes(Osteichthyes,Teleostei)

The order Gobiiformes is made up of more than 2200 species,representing one of the most diverse groups among teleost fishes.The biological causes for the tachytelic karyotype evolution of the gobies have not yet been fully studied.Here we expanded cytogenetic data for the Eleotridae family,analyzing the neotropical species Dormitator maculatus,Eleotris pisonis,Erotelis smaragdus,and Guavina guavina.In addition,a meta-analytical approach was followed for elucidating the karyotype diversification versus biological aspects(habitat and egg type)of the Gobiiformes.The species E.smaragdus and E.pisonis present 2n=46 acrocentric chromosomes(NF=46),D.maculatus 2n=46(36sm+4st+6a;NF=86),and G.guavina,the most divergent karyotype,with 2n=52 acrocentric chromosomes(NF=52).Besides numeric and structural diversification in the karyotypes,the mapping of rDNAs and microsatellites also showed noticeable numerical and positional variation,supporting the high chromosomal evolutionary dynamism of these species.In Gobiiformes,karyotype patterns which are more divergent from the basal karyotype(2n=46a)are associated with characteristics less effective to dispersion,such as the benthic habit.These adaptive characteristics,connected with the organization of the repetitive DNA content in the chromosomes,likely play a synergistic role in the remarkable karyotype diversification of this group.

Population Structure and Sexual Maturity of the Pufferfish Lagocephalus sceleratus (Osteichthyes, Tetraodontidae) in the Lebanese and Syrian Marine Waters (Eastern Mediterranean)

The pufferfish Lagocephalus sceleratus is an invasive Lessepsian species of Indo-Pacific origin that has established an increasing population over the past decade in the Levantine basin of the Mediterranean. Besides its toxicity due to the accumulation of tetrodotoxin in its body, it is causing damage to fishing gears and fishermen's catches. This study aims to provide data on the population structure and sexual maturity of this species in the eastern basin of the Mediterranean. A total of 214 individuals were collected in the coastal marine waters of Lebanon and Syria, between January 2012 and June 2013 by means of different types of nets and lines, on soft bottoms, at depths ranging from 10 m to 170 m. The TL (total length) of the samples varies between 10.8 cm and 71 cm. The most common size classes, represented by 125 individuals, are the ones between 30 cm and 50 cm TL, with a bulge at 40 cm, represented by 44 individuals. The average TL is 43.99 cm (standard deviation: SD = 17.65) for both males and females. The TW (total weight) of the specimens ranges between 14 g and 4,603 g with an average value of 1,458.52 g (SD = 1,329.49). The sex ratio (M/F) is 1:1.35 with a total number of 87 males, 118 females and nine unidentified individuals. The weight-length relationship (TW = aTLb) shows a negative allometric growth with b = 2.9481 and R2 = 0.9806. The condition factor (K) is close to one for all samples. The average value of the GSI (gonadosomatic index) shows a substantial increase from winter to spring. The spawning takes place between April and June.

中国鲷科鱼类骨骼系统比较及属种间分类地位探讨被引量:12

为进一步探讨鲷科鱼类分类和系统进化关系长期存在的争议问题,实验采用常规方法制备采自中国近海鲷科5属8种(亚种)鱼类的骨骼标本,并对头骨进行比较分析。结果显示,依据尾舌骨腹缘是否分叉、前颌骨犬齿数目、中筛骨背面中央为纵嵴或为凹窝、蝶耳骨后侧缘是否与额骨相连、围眶骨形态、腭骨后支是否发达等特征,将中国鲷科鱼类分为2个类群:平鲷属和棘鲷属为一类;赤鲷属、犁齿鲷属和牙鲷属为另一类。犁齿鲷属和赤鲷属在前颌骨和齿骨的臼齿列数、第三围眶骨、后耳骨以及腭骨等骨骼特征差异较小。金赤鲷与真赤鲷之间、黑棘鲷与切氏黑棘鲷之间骨骼特征差异较小,支持真赤鲷与金赤鲷、黑棘鲷与切氏黑棘鲷为同一物种的观点。研究表明,鲷科鱼类各属种间在尾舌骨、前颌骨、围眶骨、中筛骨、蝶耳骨、腭骨上表现出明显的形态差异,这些特征可以作为属间、种间的鉴别特征。

记述采自中国广西壮族自治区邕江和郁江鳅属Cobitis1新种,南方鳅Cobitis australis sp.nov.。通过扩增其线粒体细胞色素b基因,与已知鳅属和益秀朝鲜鳅属Iksookimia物种进行遗传距离比较,并构建系统发育树,结合形态分析,确认其为1新种。南方鳅与本属其它种类的区别主要为:噶氏斑纹分界不明显(Gambetta's pigmentation pattern),斑纹具两性异形。雄性背部斑纹不规则,约17~20个,背鳍后斑纹融合为马鞍形;雌性背部斑纹约13个,背鳍前斑纹在体侧延伸为三角形。体侧中线11~13个不规则的"V"形或倒三角形斑纹,雄性头后4~5个小斑纹,雌性1~2个小斑纹。背部和体侧中线之间为形状和大小不规则的斑纹,雄性多于20个,该处斑纹与背部和体侧中线斑纹有融合;雌性少于20个,无融合。背鳍和尾鳍各具有4~5列点状条纹;雄性胸鳍第1根分枝鳍条基部的骨质突起(laminacir cularis)指状,第1根分支鳍条延长,胸鳍似旗状;体鳞较大,延长,卵圆形,鳞焦略大,基位;颏叶不发达,末端钝圆;须短,其长等于或略小于眼径。新种体色斑纹与益秀朝鲜鳅属种类相似,新种与益秀朝鲜鳅Iksookimia koreensis(Kim,1975)和斑纹益秀朝鲜鳅Iksookimia pumila(Kim et Lee,1987)的主要区别是,前者背鳍和尾鳍各具4~5条斑纹,背部斑纹和体侧中线斑纹不相连,体侧中线11~13个宽而短的倒三角形斑纹;益秀朝鲜鳅背鳍和尾鳍各具有3~4列条纹,体侧中线下13~14个窄而长的倒三角形斑纹;斑纹益秀朝鲜鳅背鳍和尾鳍各具有2~3列条纹,背部斑纹和体侧中线斑纹相连,两列斑纹之间斑块少于10个,体侧中线9~10个宽而长的条状或倒三角形斑纹。新种与盈德益秀朝鲜鳅Iksookimia yongdokensis Kimet Park,1997、休氏益秀朝鲜鳅Iksookimia hugowolfeldi Nalbant,1993和长身益秀朝鲜鳅Iksookimia longicor pus(Kim,Choi and Nalbant,1976)的主要区别是,前者骨质突起指状,后者骨质突起圆盘

Cranial morphological features of the stem-group sarcopterygian Guiyu oneiros Zhu et al.,2009 provided here include the dermal bone pattern and anatomical details of the ethmosphenoid.Based on those features,we restored,for the first time,the skull roof bone pattern in the Guiyu clade that comprises Psarolepis and Achoania.Comparisons with Onychodus,Achoania,coelacanths,and actinopterygians show that the posterior nostril enclosed by the preorbital or the preorbital process is shared by actinopterygians and sarcopterygians,and the lachrymals in sarcopterygians and actinopterygians are not homologous.The endocranium closely resembles that of Psarolepis,Achoania and Onychodus;however,the attachment area of the vomer possesses irregular ridges and grooves as in Youngolepis and Diabolepis.The orbito-nasal canal is positioned mesial to the nasal capsule as in Youngolepis and porolepiforms.The position of the hypophysial canal at the same level or slightly anterior to the ethmoid articulation represents a synapmorphy of the Guiyu clade.The large attachment area of the basicranial muscle indicates the presence of a well-developed intracranial joint in Guiyu.

A New Perleidiform(Actinopterygii,Osteichthyes)from the Middle Anisian(Middle Triassic)of Yunnan,South China被引量:10

Two complete specimens from the Pelsonian (Middle Anisian, Middle Triassic) of Luoping, Yunnan Province, South China are referred to a new actinopterygian genus, Luopingichthys gen. nov., and ascribed to the perleidiform family Polzbergidae based especially on a typical synapomorphy of a peculiar premaxillary-maxillary complex, i.e., the fusion between premaxillary and maxillary along the antero-dorsal margin of the maxillary. The new taxon differs from other deep-bodied representatives of the family, Felberia and Stoppania, in its fusiform or deep fusiform body shape; sickle-shaped preopercular with short infraorbital process; lack of modified scales at the base of the anal fin; the short-based dorsal fin; scarcely ornamented scales; and thin anterior teeth. Based on a redescription of the holotype of the taxon Ctenognathichthys hattichi from the Middle Triassic (Ladinian) Prosanto Formation, Canton Graubiinden, eastern Switzerland, the only known specimen, which shows the same fusion between premaxillary and maxillary, the systematic position of the species is clarified and the taxon is proposed to be a further representative of the family Polzbergidae, and is transferred to the new genus.
