German scholars,such as Elena Esposito,think that “reality of science” is the product of inter-subjective relation of modern civilization. It is founded on the medium of written language in printing stuff, and it is the internalization of sensuous perception about pre-modern civilization. It is a specific and historical phenomenon without universality. In a information society, due to the great change in the behavior of inter-subjective communication among people brought about by the development of multi-media of internet, the traditional “reality of science” has been surpassed by the pursuit of a new reality, which is called communicative reality.
The method of scientific research is closely related with media. Under the condition of new media based on computer and internet at present, scientific research and engineering practice are doing a lot of virtual designs and creations, which shows the interactive relationship of inter-subjects. This phenomenon is quite different from traditional method of scientific research. However, it is actually the special reflection of common rules in this aspect. The media-philosophy from Germany analyses the practice of scientific research and media practice with the concept of "performative", explaining their essential characters.
This paper demonstrates the trigger system and its media foundation of risk mainly with the perspective and method of Germany media philosophy. It proves that the modern "risk society" is just the consequence of traditional "symbolic generalized communications-medium" (monetary,power,etc.),and that the essence of modern risk is the lack of intersubjective information caused by limited human horizon which is controlled by traditional media,whose objective necessity is overwhelming and the problems of human morality are just one of its expressions. Disaster-controlling system tends to coexist with risks in the new media horizon and sublate the popular system of "emergency response mechanism" continuously.
In "transcendental aesthetics " in Critique of Pure Reason, Kant proves that space-time should only be subjectively the form of perceptual view instead of the property of body. But it seems that Kant may overlooks a possibility that space-time could be both the form of perceptual view and the property of body. This is so called Kant’s "trendelenburg’s Loophole". Contrary to this "loophole", Marcus Willasckek thinks that the demonstration of Kant is correct, because, in terms of contemporary philosophy, Kant’s concept of perceptual view is of externalism. Nevertheless, this paper holds that the both mentioned above deviate the original justice by Kant. Genuine answer only exists in the peculiar method of deduction by Kant.
