In the synthesis N-chiral quaternary ammonium salts from(2S)-N-benzyl-N-methyl-L-tyrosine methyl ester and(3S)-N-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-isoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester,a substitution occur even with 1.0 eq allyl bromide.That is the benzyl and methyl are removed respectively,and two allyl are attatched,and the compounds are analyzed and characterized by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR and MS methods.
